I've heard a rumor about teeth dreams (falling out, specifically), can signal that a close person is going to pass away soon. Has anyone experienced this to be true?

My dream up for interpretation goes like this:

I'm sitting in a dentist's office. My dentist looks a lot like my doctor IRL. He tells me one of my teeth is rotten and needs to come out. I am surprised it is rotten. It looks like a molar, but it's right near my right incisor (I find this odd). It seems to be an "extra" tooth. I ask the dentist if I'm okay now, and he says I have other rotting teeth but that;s all he's pulling right now.

Thoughts?
