Has this happened to anyone else?

I had this dream where something is always poking there fingers into the back of my head, which feels very uncomforable. I never get to see who it is because usualy happens when i sleep on my stomach.
Sometimes it happens during sleep paralysis or just lucid dreams.

Used to happen to me a lot as a kid. Do you see the fingers or just feel them poke you?

Possibly could be a result of the mind trying to understand muscular twitches and coalescing them into dreams. Sort of like if someone stabs you in the stomach in a dream, and you wake to find that you have abdominal cramps in real life because of that suspicious take-out you reheated the previous evening.
