Hey guys, first post here, thanks for having me!

This dream was from 2 nights ago, I woke up and remembered it so clearly i opened up a word doc and wrote it all down. I'm hoping you guys can give me some thoughts about what this might be about.

My friends and I were driving, up on this sort of road on a cliff by my house. We're driving, and all of a sudden we aren't paying attention and we lose control of the car and go off the ridge, our car plummeting into the ravine. Miraculously, however, we end up on someone’s balcony, a house that has been built into the ridge, below the road. Our car is long gone.

After talking with the guy whose house/balcony it is for a few minutes, something happens and the sky starts to close up! We look around, worried, not really knowing what to do do. All of a sudden, the plants around us start growing tall and the balcony itself starts to turn into all of these plants, growing at a ridiculous rate.

We run as fast as we can, up and around the house, and the house is quickly overgrown with plants and trees that are reaching for the sky. Everyone leaves their houses and there are masses on the streets, as the only thing that is left and hasn’t been overgrown is the streets.

I yell, “Let’s go to higher ground!” and everyone follows me, running up the steep hill as the foliage grows and grows. As we run, the trees began to overtake the road behind me, and one by one take over the humans and animals behind me—first the animals and then the humans. Leaves sprout from the hands and shoulders of others, and people begin to turn into trees, with roots shooting down from their legs, leaving them immobile. As I reach the top of the hill, the only person with me is my friend (not sure which friend particularly, just a "generic" friend of mine, could have been a number of people) and the sun is getting less and less visible; it is fleeting.

My friend says to me “what is this?? What is even happening?” and I say back to him, “I don’t know, but there’s nothing to be afraid of.” And as I come to this realization, I look at my hands, where leaves have started sprouting, and tell myself, “there’s nothing to be afraid of.” As I do this, the sprouts wilt and fade away.

I look down the hill and see the hillside swamped with foliage, and the people have nearly become indiscernible from the plants. “There’s nothing to be afraid of!” I yell. Slowly, the plants recede, wilting and fading away into the ground, revealing the people that once were.

As I crest the hill, with the mass of people behind me, the clouds break and the sun shines bright.

I'd be eager to hear your thoughts, as dreams amaze me.

In dreams the craziest things can happen unquestioned and you wake up wondering what, why, how, and a million other things. But the craziest thing is that dreams take place in our minds. You might not have meant to think something, but you did. You might not have realized you were even thinking about something, but you were. Somewhere, deep in the caverns of our brains, our subconscious is hard at work stirring up our memories, aspirations, fears and desires.

Hope to hear back from you guys soon.
