this dream almost made me throw up

okay its not really that detailed it was me and 2 of my friends we were riding around in a car. Then we pulled up to this house and we went inside and it was very very dirty in there. This lady lived there and she had like 8 kids, and i remember we had to walk up a staircase to get to the bedroom and it was broken glass,and feces on the steps this made me sick to my stomach.Then when we got to the top of the steps, we stopped right there and we could see the lady and her kids it was like a attic. How the stairs came up in the middle of the room. The family was very poor i dont remember what we were talkin to them about but it seemed like we was there for a while. Even though the stairs was very filthy for some reason i took my shoes off. I remember it felt like i standin on glass but i still didnt put my shoes back on. It was so dirty in there that i told my friends that i have to get out of here, so we left the house. As soon as we got outside i threw up then i woke up. After i woke up i was feelin sick like i had to throw up it was really messing with my head like i was actually in that dirty house.

Oh I'm guessing you were sick in your sleep to begin with and the house represented your bodily self.

If it is something you are trying to tell yourself you will have other dreams soon with the same meaning and different or maybe similar symbols. Being a little sick apparently put you in a state where you would remember the dream and affected the theme but it may still have been psychological in purpose.
