      2 Short Recurring Dreams

I've been having both of these recurring dreams for the past 10-11 years now, and I'd like to finally understand what they mean, or why I'm having them.

      1) I see a single yellow flower (sometimes it's just floating in black space, but lately it's been on the crest of a dark brown dirt hill with the black sky behind it). Out of the corner of my eye, I see a great grey boulder falling towards the flower, and it crushes the flower. Then, it just repeats itself. The flower returns to it's original state, and is then crushed by a boulder.
When I was younger, I'd see about 3 or 4 flowers scattered in space, some close, some farther away. They'd all get squished by boulders.
Nowadays, it's just a single flower on the hill, and after the boulder squishes it, the flower just regrows to the original state.
In the past few weeks, I've been able to control the flower somewhat, and after it gets squished, I make it grow bigger. Each time it gets squished, I make it grow bigger, and eventually I turn it into a tree with yellow leaves (because the flower had yellow petals) and the boulders keep falling, but they bounce off the tree.

      2) I see a massive sheet of brown paper (kind've like brown wrapping/packaging paper). The sheet takes up my whole field of vision. The sheet is all perfectly stretched out, there are no wrinkles at all in it. It's pulled very taught. Then, without notice, I hear a very loud noise (it sounds like a gunshot or a very loud "CLAP!"), and at the exact same time, the sheet instantly crumples into a small ball.
After being crumpled for a while, the ball erratically stretches itself out again, so that it's all taught and smooth.

I started having these dreams when I was a child, and then I stopped having them when I was around 13 or 14. They just started again, around a month or two ago.
Thanks for any help in understanding my dreams.

      You're an incurable optimist.

Does anyone have any interpretations for these recurring dreams?
