Hello Id like to tell someone about a dream that occured to me a while ago but has been recently reoccuring.

the scenerio of each dream is the same but the outcome is always different. Most of the dreams put me in a situation where i am endangered and i cannot speak or move. these dreams would be somewhat manageable if they stopped when i awoke form them. several times my eyes have opened and i recognize that i am in my own room, in my own bed although i still have the very indepth feeling of danger. and i try to scream and to yell but nothign comes out. I try to move but my hands are arms feel as if they are not connected to me. and there is a noice a piercing sound that is defening. it lasts for what feels like hours but i beleive it is actually about 1 - 2 minuits. and then i fully wake up.

It sounds to me like you are experiencing SP. You do not need to be alarmed by it, just know that it cannot hurt you, and use it to maybe WILD!!
