Reoccuring dream of being lost in wierd places. Help.

For the past 3 - 4 years I have been lost in wierd places in these continuing dreams. In most of the dreams I am being chased by something or trying to get away from an angry mob. and there are places high up with no bottom. Here are a few of the places. They are mostly similar. Last night I was in a mideival prison in the middle of the desert and escaped by breaking out a window. I ended up in some desert mountain range lost in caves. There were these different kingdoms or races of people in different levels of the cave and they all were allies with the people who imprisoned me. They were all chasing me. I remember continuing labryinth's of never ending staircases that were rotted and the smell of mildew and dust like I was in an old hospital or school or something. I was tripping on things in the dark and couldn't find my way out. I dropped a stone down one of teh stairwells and didn't hear it hit the bottom. Another night I was lost in an old haunted house and an angry cult was after me. The walls were lined with chainlinked fences and in some places giant holes were in the floor opening up to what was clearly breaking waves below. Like the house was perched on a cliff near the sea. I ended up crawling through this room made of Barb wire and chainlink fences getting caught. The fences were everywhere and I was pushing cult members into the holes where they fell to their death. In one dream I am being seperated from my family because there was an apocalyptic war going on and I was sent to some kind of strange castle like shelter with hundreds of people sleeping where I got lost finding a water fountain. The maze of rooms and strange decaying old asbestis filled hallways filled with storage and boxes. All these rooms had bad lighting and I kept climbing higher and higher into the attic. I found my brother and was trying to protect him from being mutilated in the blades of a giant fan. I also remember dreams of being lost in my school (which was also old and abandoned looking.) There were all these locked doors and I felt like I was being watched by something. In alot of my dreams I am trying to protect family members from soe horrific death. Im tired of them and have tried to get lucid, but ever since my house burned down in 2004 I haven't been able to get lucid since. The fire was pretty tramatic and has kept me from getting lucid for nearly 2 years now.

To dream that you are lost, suggests that you have lost your direction in life or that you have lost sight of your goals.
