Happy Buffalo Buddy! Wait.. What?

This is kinda short, but weirrd. o_O I am running around inside the house I grew up in as a child with a playful buffalo. o_O This buffalo could talk and was laughing and playing along with me. It's almost like he was flirting with me. He was very kind and didn't want me to leave our play room. Our playroom was lit up and bright. There was much room to play, and it looked like there were probably many toys to play with too. We didn't play with toys. We kinda played follow the leader maybe? We chased each other around a bit and played a little hide and seek in the room. I think there was a small yellow slide in there too. Like the ones you find on the little kid's play forts. At one point I tried to leave (and then come back) but he was all "No wait! come back!" and I came back because I didn't want to hurt him and then he was very content again. What could this buffalo signify?
