dreams and themes ... help please ...

hey guys, ive got 3 dreams/themes that i wanna ask about. their all seperate, they usually dont appear in the same dreams so keep that in mind. 1. i had a dream the other night about a girl. i have no idea who the girl was, i dont think i ever saw her face, but in the dream i had feelings for her. i dont know if we were together, as in a couple, but for some reason i knew that she liked me, i dont know how i knew, i just did. some bad stuff was happening in the dream, i cant remember what but it drew me and the girl together, i was kind of comforting her and trying to keep her safe (from whatever was happening) and she was staying close to me, holding my hand etc. up until then the dream was sort of normal, nothing strange but one thing made me think otherwise ... i had this feeling, i have no idea why, but i couldnt help feeling that she didnt feel for me anywhere near to what i felt for her and i knew that she never would. it probably means nothing but it was strange, that feeling. could it mean anything? 2. ive had this dream a few times, its never on its own, i mean its not the only thing that happens in the dreams but its usually the only thing that i can remember. in the dream i sort of mess about with my teeth with my tongue, and i do it so much that they end up being so wobbly and loose that i cant fight the urge to pul the tooth out with my bare hands, which i do. sometimes its just one tooth, like i dreamt the other night, but sometimes i do it so much that most of my teeth end up being loose. i know that teeth falling out is a popular dream but i still feel like asking cos ive had it a few times before and id like to know what it could mean. 3. now last but not least is another theme that ive had quite often, its one of my most recurring themes so i feel i really have to try and find out if it means anything. the dreams have 2 variations. in one im not sure what i am or what im doing but i know that im using a gun, im trying to shoot someone, not murdering anyone or anything but using it for my own protection or in a cop shootout, i dont know. all i know is that it wont work, i dont know why but my gun wont shoot. well itll shoot, it just seems like its filled with blanks or something. i have the guy im shooting at in my sights, i pull the trigger but no matter what i do i cant hit anyone. and the other variation is where im trying to physically punch someone, it ends up the same though except instead of being unable to hit them, i can do that much, my punch has absolutely no power behind it, and no matter how hard i try i cant inflict any damage. i punch the person but it does nothing, and sometimes the person im trying to hit has just laughed it off. everytime i have a dream like that i cant help but feel helpless. its a recurring thing that is really weird and id like some help to try and find out what the hell it means. thanks for reading all this and for any help anyone can give me.

You're trying to protect her... she likes you because you care for her and protect her, perhaps, but, perhaps if she weren't in such a bad situation, she wouldn't like you as much... I know that sounds vague, but, meh. Maybe that means something to you, maybe it doesn't. Common dream, like you said. It's a classic anxiety dream. Also a classic sort of dream theme. You're trying to defend yourself, but despite your best efforts, you are powerless. It indicates a fear of impotence (NOT sexual, just, as in powerlessness)... All these three themes MIGHT tie in somehow. Maybe you're anxious for somebody (the girl's?) affection or attention, and while you might be able to get it, you feel powerless to retain it... I'm not sure, exactly. It would be good to know a bit more personal specifics, because, at the moment I've got nothing to go on...

I speculate that you are not very honest and it's catching up with you, and you need to make changes about it.
