An Amusing Dream

Non-lucid very long dream. Quite vivid. This is everything I can remember about the dream: Basically me and various schoolmates (not really friends) go on what seems to be a school-related vacation. At one point we are lead to this huge room full of couches/beds and suddenly we're told (by a man) that we can now choose a partner and have sex! So everyone is like: "WTF? ... Cool!" (me included) and in a matter of seconds everyone has chosen a partner and started having sex (including me). The girl I choose is a pretty girl whom I talked to a few times (she's more like a friend of a friend of a friend) but I was never really infatuated by her or anything. Yet we both were pretty exciting to have sex, and we weren't shy at all, despite not really knowing each other (to be honest I can't even remember her name). I can't recall any of the love-making... After that something else happens but I honestly can't remember much...if I recall correctly at one point the police come in and everybody believes that they're here to arrest us, but in actual fact they're there for somebody/something else (I'm not sure dammit, I wish I remember). Then after that something else happens (can't remember anything) and then afterwards we are allowed to have sex again in this same room just like before. I choose the same girl and I tell her that we should find somewhere private to have sex. She afrees. So we search for a better place but apparently everyone else had our same idea, since there were already many people having sex in other small rooms etc. In this "scene" I am surprised to see two male acquentences of mine having sex (I don't believe they are gay in real life.) Something else happened after that...I can't remember. It was an extremely long dream, almost like a complete movie (porno movie? lol). Everything was from my own point of view. So any thoughts on what it could mean? Am I sexually frustrated or something? Am I secretly infatuated with that chick? Am I secretly jealous of those acquantences and I secretly wish they are gay in order t omake fun of them? Could it be that this has nothing to do with sex at all but is merely about my fears? Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated.

Dear Musical, This Dream is showing you the Expectations of Society. You are expected to pair off and have sex, even if it is somebody with whom you are barely acquainted. And then the urge for sex is enough to create a mutual enthusiasm. So this dream is something of a warning. It shows you a trap you are more than willing to walk into. Also, notice the isolation that sexual pairing brings. To have sex with this partner who had never been a favorite friend of yours, now you are willing to abandon the group and go off exclusively with her. It reminds me somewhat of the curse of marriage, to be tied down to a roomate with whom one has so little in common, as the interests of a man can hardly have much overlap with the interests of a girl. This dream, then, is a like a dream a mouse might have about cheese... on a metal plate that rests on a spring.
