A Long Strange Dream

Alright I had this dream about four days ago but I didn't get a chance to post it here till now because I was on vacation. I can barely remember the dream now except for what my Dream Journal says so I'll just re-write it verbatim. I dreamt I was older and engaged. Yet the dream changes a bit so that I think I'm dreaming that I'm engaged again and I'm laughing to myself and say that "I'm glad I didn't marry at 23 that would've been stupid." (Currently 19) My mom was next to me and I was sure she wasn't part of this first dream and knew I hadn't got married. It seemed like it was only suppose to be a visual flashback but yet everyone was taking it seriously. I was really confused. Eventually I met up with my dad who seemed to almost have turned senile. We were in an ice world. The moon was hanging low and huge. It seemed really close because of all the visible detail on it. I told my dad that "It's strange that there is a belt of ice of the moon" I could also see large polar ice caps taking up a big part of the moon and then just a strip in the middle, it was all very clear. My dad laughed and said ti was actually a metal belt and then he said he was going to walk back. I told him to be careful with walking on all the ice. He said something about walking at 5am with the sunrise. I then asked something else that I can't remember and he told me to look into "project lucid remix". I walked along the ice and found areas marked off where thingers were being observed. A lot of details are missing at this part but I wind up with a book telling me something of a location amidst ruins in a moutain range. I sadly forgot the names. An incident had occured in this area involving"bodily possesion" by 10-12 guys at a wedding who made the mother of the bride do something unspeakable to the grandmother. The book showed this to me in video format, I carried it over to my father who was now younger than earlier. The book was like an interactive computer but for some reason I was feeling real fear. I woke up with that fear totally alert feeling scared about being in my dark room but to scared to even get out of bed. Now I can't remember if I ever knew what the unspeakable act was and I have no idea why marriage was such a big focus in the dream. I'm not even in any kind of relationship and none of my friends are. The dream was also weird because on some level I was aware it was a dream but I didn't even make any attempt for control I just let it all flow. Also I don't understand the fear upon waking because really there wasn't anything scary in the dream and I haven't had nightmares in years. And I'm sorry if the dream doesn't make much sense that's just how I wrote it down at 4am.

Well no one is really replying so could someone atleast tell me the significance of snow and ice in dreams? In atleast one dream per night for the past week the world has been covered in snow or ice. I live in Florida and nothing in my daily life has anything to do with cold or ice. That's why I feel like it must have some kind of significance.
