I had a dream that I was at the dentist and my back tooth was hollow and there was crap in it. The dentist had to clean the stuff out and as he was doing it I was in pain. But then I just didn't want to clean it out I wanted to repair the tooth so I told him to fix it. So he got an instrument and start to fill it with something so the tooth wouldn't be hollow anymore. While he was fixing it it hurt even more. The tooth that was repaired looked decayed beforehand. I read that this might mean untrustworthy friends, but what do you think?

I think you look for a way to disguise something unpleasant instead of curing it first.
The doctor (= subconsciousness) knew his craft and he decided "First things first" but you interrupted him to avoid the superfluous pain.
For the time being the tooth may look ok but under the suface the rotting process is still going on...
      I'm tired being sorry.

Actually, the dentist stopped after he cleaned the gunk out. I pushed the dentist to fix the tooth so it wasn't hollow anymore. After he was done I left...strange...I don't know.

I can't tell you how many times I've had dreams about my teeth. Either they're falling out or they're rotten, or they're in need of repair. I think it might mean that your life is in dissarray, and that you need to let go of something that's bothering you. It's been consistent in my life, anyway. Assess some things that are going on around you. Are you experiencing a lot of stess? It could be anything like that.
