      Dream with snakes in it..but started as something different

      I had a dream that started with me being with Harry Potter. I was walking in front of him and(we were dating) he came up behind me and wrapped his arms around my waist. I turned to look at him but I didn't see Harry, instead I saw my real-life boyfriend. I wasn't disturbed by the change, it felt more welcome with it being my real boyfriend. Then the dream changed to where I was in a car with a group of people I didn't really know. I looked on the floor of the car to see a snake. My window was down so I grabbed the snake and threw it out the window. The girl next to me pickes one up and it bit her, and then she threw it out the window. After a while she became delirious and ill. The driver asked me if there were any more poisonous snakes in the car and I said "I don't know". No sooner was the snake thrown out the window, another appeared. And it kept repeating itself. Throw a snake out the window, another apprears. I don't know what happened afterwards because I woke up.

      Not sure I believe one person can properly interpret another's dream because I don't think there are universal symbols - just very personal ones. But I guess it's OK for people to put forward suggestions and they either ring true for you or they don't. The snake that keeps appearing sounds (obviously) like something you can't get rid of - and with it being a snake I see it either as something inside yourself (ie some attitude or tendency in your own personality) or maybe a person you know who works against you some way. You'd have to consider that maybe the boyfriend who is interchangeable with Harry Potter has some special powers that you don't have - but then Harry Potter is basically a good guy. Still, the snake is kind of a sorcerers thing - seems in keeping with magic powers. And someone did get seriously hurt in the dream - but it wasn't you, and you didn't seem to feel much concerned about her.

      The fact that you kept throwing the snakes out (if you did, not really clear) suggests that you won't tolerate this unpleasant thing once you identify it and get a hold of it. The problem seems to be knowing where it's coming from.

      Sorry that's the best I can do. For me the feelings are missing - not really sure how you felt about things in the car.

      Snakes in dream can symbolize healing, in medicine snake is emblem. Snakes can represent process of becoming conscious. They also represent transformation and renewal.
