      Ouch!

      Here's my dream:

I was male and had a wife who had somehow been turned into a teenager. She was angry, I think. She started performing surgery on me while I was awake. She cut and sewed all through my arms and abdomen. I actually felt pain all up and down my left arm after I woke up, as if it was raw. (maybe I was sleeping on it, but it didn't seem that way) It was painful and graphic and scary. Does anybody have any idea what this could be about?

Maybe the fights I've been having with one of my family members? Although, the fights recently haven't been all that bad compared to some times in the past, and I've never had a dream like this before.

When you say "i was male" does that mean that you're female in RL? And how old are you? Older than teenage?

I'll assume you're female and older than teenage. The teenager character could relate to an emotion you had when you were that age. Anger to the point of destruction, or the feeling of wanting to destroy or perhaps even self harm. And that angry teen is still inside you and the anger is not resolved. Therefore it's turned inwards and is attacking the male part of you - whatever that means to you (perhaps rational, extrovert ... whatever). As it's the male part of you that's the observer I would say that it's a part of you of which you are aware in waking life. Or, more accurately, the part of you that has matured past the angry teen stage. Note the male/female thing isn't (necessarily) sexual it's just the way your dreammaker is manifesting these inner emotions.

Fights in dreams tend to mean inner conflict.
