      Boat dream

I had a strange dream some weeks ago.

I was trapped in a white yacht together with my class. We were guarded by two men, i think one was big and musculous and the other one quite thin. From time to time, my classmates escaped one after one, until I and a girl who I've liked a lot during the past 6 years. She asked me to come out with her on the deck, and I thought she would kiss me or something. Then we went to the side of the boat, and when I looked down one of my friends sat there in a canoe or a raft. We climbed down, and paddled away from the yacht. We sailed through a very surrealist landscape. There were small sand islands scattered everywhere in an endless ocean, and the water was perfectly still. It was sunset. Near one of the islands I saw a little dark baby crawling on the water. He looked happy. Then I awoke.

Maybe this dream has something to do with me quitting my former class and going to high school? The guy who saved me is a guy I think is quite cool, and I've been trying to become his friend for a long time. The girl who was left on the boat is a girl who both he and I've had a crush on, and I've been jealous on him many times.

My feelings when trapped in the boat were stressed and anxious. When the girl and I went up to the deck I felt lust and hope, and when we sailed in the canoe I felt calm, happiness and freedom.

EDIT: I'm 15 years old, if that helps.

I would say that the baby walking on water symbolises your innosence to your feelings and surfacing emotions. Think of it like being fully aware of your emotions but not knowing how to deal with them. The baby is happy, then you must be content (not the happiest you've been) but fairl content with where you are. you don't mind being there.

being on a boat could mean that you are comfortable with where you are but are ready to jump off, get out of your comfort zone in hopes for something new, unless you want to continue sailing and reach a storm.

The islands symbolise your comfort with your friends. It seems that you are compatible with both that guy and that girl.

Think of the future and your present state. You are still innocent and have much growing to do (thus the baby). innocence is also ignorance.

I don't usually think dreams have a meaning unless you give it one, so heres mine. Maybe by coincidence it is be true.
Dreaming is forgetting the basis of reality, remembering it is to be lucid.
