Well, you're obviouslly not worried if you set you username to an email address with a realname in it .
I don't do much dream interpretation, but here's my 2c
a) Maybe the house being different is significant. You want things to change.
b) You were probably cool about the plane crashing because you were feeling very happy.
Now, what you seem to be asking about is "different interpretations about plane crashes." So you've looked at very places to see what they have to say about this symbol in dreams, yes? My answer would be: don't bother.
Dreams are very personal - sorry, of course this one's personal, but I mean that they're very specific to you. There's no universal unconscousness which agrees that plane crashes are a symbol of good fortune. It is possible that the plane crash meant something particular to you, but theres a more likely explanation:
Dreams evolve, increasing in detail where you focus your attention. I saw this described best when someone explained dreams about all your teeth falling out - you think about your mouth, maybe you remember losing milk teeth, and then suddenly you notice your teeth are wobbly, you get worried and they loosen... maybe I don't explain so well.
You looked at the stars; it's a romantic thing to do with your friend. Looking at the stars, you saw something moving - perhaps you saw it only as a moving light at first. You were curious, and you realised it was a plane. Point: if you only saw a moving light beforehand, that's all it was - it might have been a satelite, a helicopter, a romantic shooting star... but when you focused on it, part of you made a decision and it became a plane. Then you were looking at this plane. In the same way, you notice something coming out of it. Look! It's smoke! The plane must be about to crash. And it does. Then you worry about the people in the plane, find the pilot...
Having said that, there could be a meaning in there. It's possible that the plane crash reflected your worries about the difficulty of pursuing a relationship (you were worried so something bad happened). On the other hand, everything turned out all right - so overall you're optimistic about it and think it would be worth trying.
Hope that answers your question.
