Dream Interpretation

Hello all I am new to this forum and was wondering if someone can help me interpret this very short (from what I remember) but powerful dream I had last night.

I dreamt I was in a very dark place not much color. I am not sure were I was but I remember looking up and seeing this very large object. Very large and heavy...maybe cement. I was very scared and then it began to fall on me. It surely would have crushed me and then I woke up. When I woke up I was screaming. Screaming loud enough to wake my fiance and probably for the neighbors to hear. I was terrified but relieved it was only a dream when I woke up. My fiance was there to sooth me and I ended up falling back to sleep with an uneventful night.

I have had many dreams before but now so powerful as to make me sit up in bed screaming! Can someone please help me interperate this? Thank you in advance!

it sounds like you are confused and feel you are under a LOT of stress. The cement weight coming down on you is probably the pressure you feel from the stress and it feels like it's consuming you. Its obviously some place you are afraid and dont feel you have much control.

you might try thinking about the things that are stressing you out and find ways to eliminate them.
