      Question Distressing dream

Hi everyone i am new to this i am female 22yrs, i have 2 kids and a partner.

I had this dream 2 nights ago and i cant stop thinking about it, it was about my next door neighbour she is about 6 months pregnant, i have lived next door to her for about 6 months, we get on well. Anyway in the dream i was in my house when i happened to look outside where i saw an ambulance and a fast responce car, i ran out to see what was wrong when i seen her stumbling along the side of her house! there was flesh and blood and the water the baby sits in coming away from her at the stomach, as if she had a c section scar that had burst open! it was awful, i then tried to help her to the ambulance! I was thinking oh my god, my scar is hurting! But i am not pregnant in the dream or in real life! i do have a scar though from my 2 c-sections! i felt beside myself! would really like to know if this means anything. Thank you.

For a start I don't believe it means there's anything about your neighbour in this dream.

However you have uncovered a horrifing thought/feeling in that dream which you associate with someone who is about to give birth (happy event, new life) disintegrating (destruction, chaos). Falling apart like that must be one of your deepest fears (sounds very existential).

There is probably more that can be extracted from the dream, but I think that's the basics of what's happening. See if that fits and what else emerges from thinking in that way. The best dream interpreter is always yourself!

P.S. how do you pronounce your name?

Confusing to read. Could you elaborate?
I know who I am, as I become...

Hi thanks for the reply. Do you think it has something to do with the fact i am afraid to have another child as i have been told there is always a risk of my scar rupturing? Could it be a warning? I am confused by this dream! Do you think it is possible to think into things too much?

Last first, yes I do. Yes, you could be afraid of your scar rupturing but I'd look behind that and ask what kind of fear that is. A warning? I don't think so.

The dream is certainly playing on a fear of yours and perhaps also a memory of something once falling apart for you that led to the same feeling as in the dream. Just as in the dream you're projecting the feeling onto your neighbour, I'd say that in real life you're projecting the feeling onto your own scar.

You still haven't said how you pronounce your name.
