      I need an interpretation.

I had a dream about my co-worker. I like her, she's a cool chick and in the dream we were talking. I don't remember what we were talking about and all I remember seeing were bits and pieces of the conversation. In the dream we are at work talking. During the conversation(in the dream) she tugs on my elbow multiple times. She actually tugs on my elbow a lot when we are having a conversation at work. What does it all mean?

Well, an elbow in dreams relates to personal space. But generally when someone tugs on your elbow a lot and constantly touches you, it's a bit of a signal that they want you to be a little closer, and can mean that they like you.

It's possible that the dream was simply repeating what happens in waking life, so noticing that elbow tug may have been an attempt to get you lucid, or it may be an attempt to show you to pay a little more attention to her body language.

She seems to me like she's trying to get your attention but tugging on your arm and constantly touching you. So maybe you're in luck if you like her like that. =P

Many dreams link to your own feelings. Often we have excess energy and our fantasies are live., Often we wish to exercise certain parts of opur persona and here it maybe links to your wish to exercise that cooler part of your own persona... the one that identifies and anjoys the presence of this 'cooler chick'. Try to see what haoppened yesterday and last night. How you felt a great appetite for people like this cool chick. Thats maybe how your dream was triggred. but thats just a guess

      ------------------------
Dreams are not so much a record of events they are more a record of our feelings. The rational waking mind may describe an event that happened the day before in this way "I was talking with my friend yesterday and he was talking a lot about work". The dream mind is less interested in events and more about feelings. The intuitive mind looks at the same incident and thinks "I was with my friend yesterday and he was acting strangely. Normally he talks about our friendship but he seemed to be talking a lot more about work".
A dream does not really record reality in any systematic fashion. It is merely describing events by pointing to emotions. A dream may simply be a collection of feelings. Such as "I was doing housework and felt tired", "I was talking to my brother who always confuses me" and "I was in a tornament aiming a crossbow at a target". So when a dream contains a series of unrelated events and feelings it maybe refering to something that you have recently felt. Together these symbols build up a conceptual set of feelings about something happening in your life. So this dreamn was maybe refering to the previous day when "I felt tired and became steadily more confused trying to figure out how to complete my task. I decided to set myself little targets. It helped me conquer my own brain fatique".

Thanks for the words. Today I worked with her, and everytime she would talk to me she would tug on my elbow. Should I mention the dream to her?

I need some help with this dream I had last night. I remember bits and pieces of the dream so here goes: I'm eating in some kind of a diner, it's light out, not many people were around. All of a sudden I'm talking to this girl in the diner. The girl is either the one mentioned above or it's this other girl. The other girl is an old very close friend she was also very cool like the girl mentiond above and we got along real well. Now back to the dream. So I'm in the diner talking to her and I'm also feeding her kid(they both have kids by the way)having fun with the kid eating. So I seem to be enjoying the moment and having fun but the girl would periodically get up and go look out the door of the diner. And in the dream I'm thinking to myself what's going on, what are you waiting for. That's all I remember.

You apparently don't realize body contact is a way of showing you like someone.. your subconscious does know this tho. And accordingly this makes a very big impression on your subconscious, and therefor you will dream about it! To you the elbow tugging seems meaningless, but to your subconscious, who is alot smarter than you are, it is an obvious and very clear sign.
