      Recurring Dream...

hi can any tell what this dream means?

I'm in like a Greek Tomb with Vines and things overgrowing it with three other people. a bit of sunlight is streaming down, there are two coffins at either side; both with egyption cats on(about the size of the coffin), and big stone tablet in the middle. Then one of the people is brushing the tablet to get the dust of and try to read it. then the egyption cats get up; i have sword and one of them says "give it to me"
i didn't do anything i ran but dropped the sword. I ran into a corridor and lots of blades coming in and out of the walls, but i can't get passed then i wake up.

this dream has happend about 3 times.

      Thanks

I know absolutely nothing about dream interpretation but I went ahead and entered your dream on http://metacodes.com/dreams/dream_reader.html

Observing in your dream that you read Greek reflects discussion and acceptance of your ideas.

Seeing tombs on your dream indicates aspects of yourself which you have kept hidden and buried away.
Having a dream that you see your own tomb suggests that you are about to venture into parts of your personality which have been forgotten or have died.

Seeing vines in your dream symbolizes your ambitious thoughts or ideas. It may also indicate your clinginess to others.
Seeing grape vines in your dream is a reflection of rewards, prosperity, and spirituality.

Do you know the people in your dreams? The most direct reason for you to see people you know in your dream is that you miss them but you may not realize that you have missed them when you were awake. It can also signify that you desire for certain qualities of those people for yourself.
Seeing people you don't know in your dream reflects hidden desire inside of you.
Seeing people from your past in your dream can be long-held fixation you have been reluctant to confront. Or, it a current issue, which you can best deal with when it is manifested as a past story. In everybody's personal history, there are similarities between the past and the present.

Noticing a coffin in your dream reflects the womb. If the coffin is empty, then it suggests that you are having some irreconcilable differences.
Noticing a body in a coffin is a reflection of that you will be going through a period of depression. You may feel confined, restricted and lack personal freedom. There may be a dead or decaying situation or issue in your life and this dream is calling attention to it. It it time to end this situation or relationship.

The appearance of a cat in your dream refers to much misfortune, treachery, and bad luck. However, for the cat lover, cats refers to an independent spirit, feminine sexuality, creativity, and power. If the cat is aggressive, then it suggests that you are having problems with the feminine aspect of yourself. If you see a cat with no tail, then it refers to a lost of independence and lack of autonomy.
Having a dream that a cat is biting you indicates the devouring female. Maybe you are taking and taking without giving. You may be expressing some fear or frustration especially when something is not going as planned.
Observing a black cat in your dream indicates that you are experiencing some fear in using your psychic abilities and believing in your intuition. You may erroneously associate the black cat with evil, destruction, and bad luck. If you see a white cat, then it reflects difficult times.
Seeing in your dream that a cat killed a spider indicates that you are expressing your femininity in a seductive and cunning manner rather than in an overtly and almost destructive way.
Seeing a bobcat in your dream is a reflection of that you need to pay close attention to what you see and hear in your daily life.

Dreaming about the size of something symbolizes the importance we attach to objects and person. It also relates to the degree of power you are exerting and the power others have on you. According to Freudian school of thought, the size of an object is an indication of the size of someone's penis, maybe your own or your lover.

Dreaming that someone or something is bigger than normal reflects that you either have an inflated opinion of yourself or of someone. You may be expressing a desire to be more dominant in some situation or relationship.
Noticing a big figure in your dream symbolizes authority and power.

The appearance of a brush in your dream is an indication of your desire to brush away problems or something in your life that needs to be cleaned up. Maybe you are taking a nonchalant attitude to circumstances that need serious consideration.
If you lose or can't find your brush, then suggests that you are unable to sort our your problems.

Seeing dust in your dream, suggest that aspects of yourself have been ignored or neglected.
Observing in your dream that you are covered in dust reflects that the failure of others will adversely effect you.
Seeing in your dream that you are dusting represents that you are clearing out all your past mistakes and starting fresh on a new slate.

Dreaming that you are reading reflects that you need to obtain more information or knowledge before making a decision. You should review your thoughts, think things through and consider other options.
Seeing in your dream that you or someone is reading incoherently reflects worries and disappointments.

Dreaming of being or moving up reflects that you are emerging from some depressing or negative situation. You may be feeling high or euphoric. The dream may also compensate for your waking feelings of sadness. Alternatively, it is a reflection of that your ego is inflated.
According to Jung, some material or repressed thoughts may be emerging from your unconscious.

Observing in your dream that you are wielding a sword symbolizes your ambition, competitive nature decisiveness and will power.. You seek to hold a position of prestige, authority, and distinction. As an alternative interpretation, the sword can be seen as a phallic symbol and thus represent masculine power.
I can't say I care too much for Freudian interpretations.
