Dream About An Earthquake

Hi, I would be very grateful if anyone could help me with a very clear dream that I had. I dreamt that I suddenly felt the earth shaking and I shouted to my husband that it was an earthquake, in this dream I felt dizzy for some reason, then I looked up and saw one of the pillars of my house beginning to crack, so I ran for my children and made them lay flat on the floor underneath wooden planks! weird thing to do in an earthquake I know! at that point my neighbour and her two boys rang my door bell and I grabbed her two children to place them safely with my own, the ground began to shake even more violently and I realised that the children were not very secure where I had put them (these are children aged between 7 and 13) so I grabbed them all and ran into the "pantry" of the house where I was born and lived for the 26 years of my life where we were all safe then I woke up feeling tremendous anxiety. As it was such a clear dream, well more of a nightmare really, it has been bothering me quite a lot. Thanks
