      Recurring locations?

Over the last few years, I've had recurring dreams about two locations in particular:

One is an old, dark mansion, looks like 18th century in design, and is absolutely HUGE, as in puts the White House to shame huge. For some reason, it's always inhabited by myself, my friends, and about 50 kids, only about 20 I know, the rest I've seen at school. This location is always home to a nightmare of some kind, the three most prominent I can remember is all the kids and myself being chased by Predators, some kind of SWAT team, and a fire burning the whole place down. Even though the house is always part of a nightmare, I feel fond of it, almost attached to it. It just feels like home when I'm there.

The second is a large room, think museum display room, the entire thing constructed of a light orange wood. I've only dreamt of it thrice, if memory serves, but every time it has served as a museum, one of a Natural history museum, the next showing medieval weapons, the third a history of the US Airborne.

Both these places seem familiar to me, and I can't tell why. Any ideas?

In my opinion if you can dream of a place repeatedly, most likely it existed/exists and you psychically projected yourself there. I've not have recurring locations that came true but I did have a couple of locations I dreamt that I later discovered did exist without having any prior knowledge.
