Thread: I had a crazy dream. I need help interpreting what it means.

I had a really scary dream last night. I dreamed that I cheated on my fiance with someone I don't even know. Any ideas what this may mean? Is it more symbolical? It was a really scary and wacky dream. Most of it I can't even explain. It was really weird. Involving murder and betrayal and meeting a lot of family members from this mystery person.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Also how do I remember more details? I usually remember them in the morning and then forget by mid afternoon except the basic details of the dream.

It may have been a prophetic dream. Or it could have been a reflection of something you have been wondering about.

If you even idly daydream about being with someone else for a fleeting second, this can become a whole other ‘life’ in the dreamworld. It is your subconscious acting out your daydream.

Also how do I remember more details?

Start a dream journal. Write them down as soon as you awake. It's as easy as that.

Sex is quite common in dreams and being one of the most strong instincts/impulses especially in dreams where only after a long time your unconscious self gets the same morals as the conscious self (still working on that one .

So probably its a wish for some new sexual adventure/experiences, maybe you can translate that by doing new exiting things in real life with your fiance to compensate the unconscious wishes.

I day dream alot but nothing so vivid and exciting. I guess certain things in our mind really come out in our subconscious. Dreams and the subconscious mind has become a big time interest to me over the past few years.
