Had a very weird dream need some help with interpretation (beware graphic material)

Need some help with interpretation Hello I had this very weird dream and I can not translate what it means need some help please. I dreamed of a baby crying then I went on top of a hill/mountain where the ground was hollow rock, and saw two strangers who were up there that seemed paranoid to see me come up there as well. I had a shovel I was hitting the hollow rock with and seemed like something else was buried there the two strangers/two men did not want me to worry about. I told them I didn't care what they had there that I need to bury something there. So I went back to the baby I think there was something wrong with the baby and I wanted to kill it from having the problems it was having, because it had red spots on it and was bleeding a little. So as I was smothering the baby to death it turned into a rubber looking sponge that as I continued to squeeze it blood came pouring out of the rubber sponge. Then I remember throwing it inside the hole I had dug and covered it back up. I would appreciate some help on interpretation and thanks.
