what does this dream mean?

The following dream is not lucid. I was at a dump and i was minding my own business when this tornado came from no where... I tried to run but my legs wouldent move. I crawled away from the tornado on a hedge... The tornado got stronger and stonger then it turned into a lion with the same amount of sucking power.... I lost my grip... Flew to the lion I woke up.

it sounds like there is a problem in your waking life... a gigantic problem... and you are trying to run away from it yet it consumes you...

Here's my guess. Most will disagree entirely. The dump is the bad things in your life that you want to get rid of. The tornado is God. Not sure what the hedge could mean if anything. The Lion is Christ. God/Christ wants to destroy the bad things in your life and wants to claim you alone as his. You (the mortal you) struggle, but eventually realize you must surrender control to the great will of all goodness/perfection. Even if that's not even close, I don't think you should be scared of the tornado/lion. It seems to be destroying things around you and taking you out of those bad things. I think this is a good sign. Do not struggle against positive change, even if it's scary.

Do you have a very strong fear of lions? My point of view is that if you don't have a strong fear of lions, that lion was a metaphor of something you are afraid. (So in that case, you could have dreamed about any other dangerous animal(s), i.e. crocodiles.) Hope I made some sense.

Feelings are a great part of dreams. if you were terrified, it could simbolise a change in your waking life that may scare you. if it's another feeling, please post it so that we can ponder on the feeling for a bit, and consider that into the mix as well.

hmmm tornardos/winds, move around, having no idea what they are doing or the damage they can be causing... this could be likend to people with intense emotions or behaviour in which they are unware of the affect they are having on other people... lions - king of the jungle - top predator? some one you love/respect? could their actions be causing you any emotional distress that you are not sure of? the dump - a symbolism of where you feel yourself to be now?
