I dreamt that my boyfriend, his mom and young son whom all live with him were moving back to his hometown to live. He asked me to go with his mom ahead of him and help her get there, I did, when I returned I found a large bag of cocaine in his house, and his house was dirty as usual, I just hadn't noticed it before, and then I was seeing the doctor and found out i was having twin boys and could see them facing each other on the ultrasound, I don't want more kids, and he doesn't do drugs. So what the heck is going on? When I woke up that morning I called him to tell him about the dream and he told me that his mom was moving back at the end of the week and she did.

Could mean a number of things. Initial thoughts are about fearing the worst. You maybe have an idea of perfect relationship and the drugs and the pregnancy challenges that. Whether there's anything more symbolic is hard to say. Maybe also you unconsciously picked up something about the mom. I personally don't believe in premonitions but I do believe we're more finely attuned to other people that we realise.
