Good Dream?!?!?!?

I saw an ex-girlfriend in walmart. Then I walked up to her and started talking, asked her why we cant be friends. She said it was good for us to be friends. Then I asked her if she wanted to hang out. She pulled up her shirt a little to expose her stomach, and she said, "I think the baby would like that." In the dream I was happy?!?! It was suggested that it is mine, but not spelled out. I was only with her for about 2 months then a couple of weeks ago she broke it off. I meet the guy yesterday that she is now talking to, and I don't like him. Not because he is talking to her, but he has a personality that makes me want to hit him, aka db. Maybe that triggered the dream? Why was I so happy about it? Does it mean anything or should I blow it off? Thanks in advance, TheStranger
