Hey Mindy, welcome to Dream Views . Some would argue that break up dreams have an underlying meaning but in my personal opinion, I don't think that particular dream (from the little details you disclosed) had much significance. The two subjects in question (your boyfriend having a breakup dream and his friend breaking up with her boyfriend) could be totally unrelated. Just my two cents.
