This dream haunted me

I had a dream that I was with some Muslim people that I did not know they gave me some flowers that were wrapped up at the bottom and they told me to eat them. As I bit into the flowers something started wiggling around. I was shocked I bit into a baby rabbit that they hid in the wrap of flowers. I tried to give it back to them and they told me I must eat it to get past my fears. But I could not bring myself to eat it and I threw it down and ran away. As I was running I started to hallucinate, then I fell to the ground, and I awoke.

That does sound like an awful dream, but I think the important thing to remember is that it is just a dream and that no harm can come from it. However, even knowing that doesn't always make the process of getting over a disturbing dream any easier, I guess it just takes time.
