Thread: change your interpretations

I know the title was bad but I was thinking could you just put a lot of good symbols in your lucid dreams to improve your trusting/loyalty/understanding depending on the symbol.

It depends what you believe of in the psychology of dreams. Freudians and by extension Jungians who hold that dreams are a reflection of the subconscious were probably never able to answer with scientific proof the question: if dreams do reflect one way then can't you seed your subconscious to control your consciousness?

I myself do not believe in the subconscious, and believe there is only consciousness, splitting the two just seems like a convenient excuse for not being knowledgeable of the extent of your will. In my opinion summoning symbols in dreams may lead you to knowledge not normally achievable inside the dream, but for that to echo unconsciously in your waking life is kind of a leap of faith.
