Ooh, fun twist.
You used the word control three times between two sentences. I'm thinking that you like to be in control of a situation - which is normal. My definition of a nightmare is a dream that I have no control over when I would prefer to have control. And I've used it four times.
So, a pretty normal dream where you're fighting for control over a situation that you have no control over. If you're really concerned, take a look at your life and see where that stress might be coming from. If you're really really concerned, start a dream journal. If you're really really really concerned, lucid dreaming is a good tool for overcoming nightmares and giving you more control over your dreams. You can find more information on the rest of this site.
