No Blood?

Lately I've been having lots of dreams that involve battles and fights and one was even like a miniature war type of thing. But I noticed that when I get cut, I don't bleed in my dreams. I was shot with an arrow and it went into me, but when I pulled it out there was just a hole in my skin, but the bottom part of the hole had skin on it. Another time people were throwing knives at me, and there was a bird man type of thing that threw sharp feathers at me. When it cut me it just left a cut, but no blood. It's almost as if it was instantly healed. I'm wondering if the fact that there isn't blood might symbolize something. Any thoughts on it? If needed I can provide the rest of the dreams.
