Is there anything that I can do to help me recall my dreams.... I know about eating the dairy before I go to bed... Also they say to drink a lot of water before bed too cause it makes you get up to pee... true or not??? any other ideas??? |

My preferred method is, as I'm lying in bed trying to go to sleep, repeat to myself, "I will awaken after a dream, and I will remember the dream". This usually works very well, at least for me. |
