Well.. I'm going to be posting as much as I can.. and writing down every dream I can possibly remember after dreaming it.. I'm hoping to get a better understanding of why I dream what I dream.. and what it all means.. as well as try out some things that other people have done. Such as influencing my dreams conciously..

This was my dream last night.. It's a bit scattered.. I usually only remember pieces.. First.. I convinced Bill to come visit me.. although I ended up driving. We were at this shopping mall/giant hotel area the whole time. The main things I remember were at the end of the dream.. I started freaking out because I didn't know how Bill would get home (it was a 5 hour drive) and I remembered thinking that if I drove him then we would get into town around 1am and then I would have to drive back.. So then I was wandering around by myself and ran into a bunch of random people that I knew.. and I asked this guy Jon if he could drive Bill and he said no. And then I realized that I was supposed to work that day at like 5pm.. and I started spazing because it was suddenly like 6pm.. and I was late for work. Then I didn't know where Bill was and couldn't find him.. except that I wasn't just worried because I was late for work.. but I was really scared that I'd never see Bill again. Finally I found Bill and he said he was getting a ride back with this one guy (whom I can't stand). So I said goodbye and ran to my car.. which I then couldn't drive out of the parking lot because all these cars were like parked right next to eachother all around.. boxing me in.. Then again.. all I could think of was how it was like 630pm.. and I still wasn't at work and I was flipping out about it.. The weird thing was.. right after that.. I woke up to my phone ringing.. and it was my boss asking me to come in later that day.. Other random things happened in my dream.. I have like this dejavu type thing where I always end up in a gas station.. with tons of candy and like ice cream and stuff.. it's like, everytime I dream it.. I know it at the time.. and I recognize that I've seen it before.. I also say my friend Danny.. who at the moment has really long hair.. and in my dream it was short and shaggy.. but it looked odd.. like kind of girly.. which is weird..

I've been a little short on dreams lately.. so I thought I'd post a few dreams I've had in the past... but for some reason just can't forget. Childhood Dream 1 This one is one of the few nightmares that I've had in my life... (that I remember atleast) I was in grade school when I had this dream.. don't remember exactly what year, but I was no older than ten. Mainly I remember going into the garage for something. It was dark and I couldn't see much and suddenly I was stuck in a giant spider web. I struggled and struggled but couldn't get free. I could see this enormous furry black spider coming towards me.. I was screaming for help. I could hear my dad and uncle Brian right outside BBQing so I began screaming for my dad. As the spider got closer and closer, and I yelled for my dad.. I could hear him just laughing and talkig with my uncle, not a care in the world. Right when I was about to get eaten I woke up. All I could remember was that my dad wouldn't help me.

I've had a few flying dreams too.. Flying Dream 1 ... I was with some friends(can't remember who) and we were in this old town. It kind of looked like an old western mining town with cool old wooden buildings, a train station and dirt streets. Basically I just remember jumping and flying from building to building... just having a blast. Flying Dream 2 Another time I was with Ryan Orr (not really a friend.. more of an aquaintence, but I've known him for years) and someone else (can't remember who) and we had these BMX like bikes and we were jumping high through the air.. from rock/embankment to rock/embankment over these giant rivers and stuff. It was crazy... felt like I was on more of a pogo stick than a bike. Flying Dream 3 I guess this is kind of out of order.. but this was my first flying dream. Basically.. I was standing on the edge of this cliff.. just looking down.. then I backed up, ran and jumped off the side. I was falling fast.. and suddenly I was flying. Once I landed on the other side of the canyon (forgot to mention it was more of a canyon) I ran and jumped off again.. barely making it to the other side. It was quite a rush. It was weird.. like I knew I was dreaming.. but at the time I had never heard of Lucid Dreams... and despite the fact that I knew I was dreaming, I didn't care nor try to do anything.. I just kept jumping and flying.

so I finally had my first lucid dream!!! it was pretty short.. but hey. So basically.. I was running from like 3 guys.. I was running all over the place.. dodging them back and forth and then took off.. it felt like we were running for a good ten minutes and they hadn't caught me.. I knew this was totally wierd because they were right behind me but just couldnt catch me. So.. I thought this isn't right.. I'm not the fastest person.. there's no way these guys cant catch up with me.. so then I realized that I was dreaming.. and I was like.. SWEET!! I'll just fly away then.. so I just took flight into the sky.. and then the dream ended.. I'm so jazzed I finally had one!!
