[Somnus]

Befor going to sleep I used autosuggestion where I said outloud a couple of times that I would remember my dreams ------- 9-23-2005 I was in a school, a corner room with a big window that displays the inside of the school in 2 of the 4 walls. I laydown because I know I have to hide because there is a big animal roaming the halls. I want to say it was a tiger but I never saw it, it was just the feeling I got. I was In a small room, perhaps a mobile home? Dimly lit with a couple of people in the room with me, one of them was on a computer. Someone busted into the room wearing only his underwear(tighty whities) and said, "Check this out" ------- I think there was a third one but I cant remember anything about it, just a feeling that I had a third one, maybe even 4.

Could only remember one dream this morning, but I know I had more. ------- 9-25-2005 James Bond like, underground complex, had to save someone. Was then playing cards, they went all in and I called, lost. ------- So far I seem to remember only simple feelings and pictures withing the dreams. I continue to use autosuggestion befor going to sleep. I also lay still with my eyes closed going over my dream in my mind to try to cement images and feelings so I can write them down. Tomorrow night I will get some B Complex vitamins to take an hour or so befor going to bed. Still determined. Somnus

------- 9-26-2005 There were lots of yellows in this dream. I was in a backyard of a suburban house, not my own. I think I was hiding from someone. I was hiding behind a yellowish wooden fence and the gate had a black iron latch, there was a long walkway leading to or away from the gate. ------- This night I dont remember having any other dreams.

Last night I got some B-complex vitamins, it has 75mg of B-6 wich is 3750% of your daily dose. I broke one of the pills in half and took that right befor bed. ------- 9-27-2005 I was riding into town on a flat bed train car, I went over a couple bridges were there was beams that crossed in an X pattern that we had to duck under. (There was lots of people) We were going to a highschool for some event. Something happened in the bathroom, but I cant remember what. -------
