Hey. I remembered two dreams from last night. Red text will symbolise a lucid dream. 31 January 2006 I only remember something about a bicycle and a friend i know and one i dont know anymore for the first one. For the second I was talking in German class, the teacher gave me a bad look and handed me a slip in german. there were two faces on it, with squiggly heads. One face looked happy on the left hand side and on the right hand side the other looked shocked like . It was set out neatly in tables and was a very small sheet of paper. The words were fuzzy and i couldn't make out these 'german' words. I seemed to instantly know that it was some sort of incedent report. I was soon after awoken by my mum calling me to get up. Pretty strange.

01 February 2006 Tried to do Hargarts technique but wasnt tired enough when i woke up at 1.30AM. So I decided to try at 4.00AM. Im not sure whether it worked or not. I must work on my dream recall. I dont remember ANY dreams from last night For the next week I shall continue to write down my dreams here as normal and not try to induce any sort of lucid dreaming.

2nd February 2006 I remembered two dreams last night! My first one went like this. My dad left his car and I started to drive (fairly obvious dream sign ) I drove for a few roads worth. Everything seemed so vivid and I suprised myself about how much I remembered (How far to come out into the main road to turn.) I remember trying to come out of some parking position. After driving for a few roads I remeber my father returning to the car and taking control of the wheel. This fragment (or full dream?) is the first I remembered after waking up. The second I remembered involved me in my guitar teacher showing me some sweep arpeggios to learn (these really fast guitar things). I was in the guitar teachers room in which he teaches me. The detail in the tablature was very real, although the string lines were missing altogether. Although the notes were in the right places , It was quite a bit blurry. Im hoping to God I can keep this dream recall up, this is my first sucessful dream recall in days! In a week or 2 when i have sharp recall remembering about the finer details and more to the dream I shall try to induce my second lucid dream.
