Developer's (lucid) Dream Journal

[Developer]

Well, here it is. My first LD! Feb 24 2007 (night) I remember being in the dream when I did a RC, I realised I was dreaming and got really excited, but I knew this would only wake me up so I closed my eyes and took a deep breath. I did another RC just to make sure I was dreaming. (At this time I was in my house) After calming my self down I told my self that this was my first LD so I should'nt make any irresponsable stuff. Now, I flew out threw my balcony (Yes, I actually flied&#33 and started practising at flying. Then I flew somewhere, I can't remember where, but I ended up face to face to a person (female). She looked my straight into my eyes and I thought: "Hey, she might be my DG!".. So I simply asked her the questions I saw in some guide in this forum. I first asked her what her name was but she didn't answer. I then asked her if she was my DG and she then said her name. More of this I can't remember, but I remember that I had somehow decided in the dream that she was my DG. She was with me the rest of the dream. I remember thinking at one point how long I was in the dream. I came up with that I had been there for at least 5 minutes. I told my DG that we must be in a long REM-period. It was really weird that I was the one learning her! I stopped a serious number of times to remember every important detail so I would remember it.

Mar 4 2007 (morning) I dreamt about something (can’t remember what) then woke up in a FA. I picked up my DJ and started writing in it. Then I heard my mother singing or something out in the kitchen, I was like: Hey, my mother’s already gone to work! Shit, I might be dreaming! I did a quick RC and yes I was dreaming! I looked around in my room, everything was so dizzy, so I spun once and things got a little clearer. I didn’t want to scare my mom when I entered the kitchen (even though it was a dream) so I yelled: Mom! I’m up! I got no response, but I didn’t care. I entered the kitchen turned on the lights and yelled “CLARITY”. Now things got much better. Now I did like my last LD, I flew out through the balcony and stepped on the lawn outside my house. Now I thought of what I wanted to do, I then remembered the lucid task of the month. I made a half-hearted try to find the leprechaun in the lawn, I got bored and decided to do something else. I could try looking for my DG, or try out the advanced task, but then I remembered my promise! I would kill every member of DV! The best way I could achieve this was to make a headquarters for DV. I tried to teleport myself to the city but it didn’t work. So I flew to the nearest high-rise building. On my way there I saw a person that I wanted to lit on fire, so I tried. First I only imagined fireballs coming from me but it didn’t work so I yelled “FIIIIIIIIRE!”. Nothing happened then either. Well, I continued my way to the building and I flew over a road where it was rush hour since it was morning. I flew 3 feet over the cars and tried to land on one of them, I didn’t succeed with that either. I didn’t let these failures effect me as I was determined to kill. I got to the building, stood in front of it and just thought to myself that this was the headquarters for DV, where every member was at that moment. Instead it turned into some kind of headquarters for the actors in Prison Break (a very popular TV show). I decided to make complete my task the hard way, buying the damn thing and then make to DV’s headquarters (incredibly stupid, I know). I saw a limousine outside the building and I thought it might be the owners. From there, I lost lucidty. I get in the driver seat and I turned in to a woman?! Now, someone gets in the back of the limousine. The woman (me!?) and the guy starts talking, it seems like they’ve known each other a long time. It seemed like the man was the star of PB, but he wasn’t Michael Scofield (don’t know his real name). Anyways, the man asks what woman wants. The women said she wanted to buy the headquarters, the man thinks she’s out of her mind. The next second the woman was flying the car. They end up in the woman’s living room, a second later it’s morning and they’re eating breakfast in the kitchen. The woman’s children (a girl and a boy) enter the room and the girl goes crazy as she sees the PB-star. That’s when I wake up!

That's pretty weird, your first LD was one day before mine! Anyways, you seem like a good LD'er. Keep it up.

I can't make myself wake up because of my short-attention span and if I set my alarm I might be interrupting the dream and that would just tick me off.

ThisGuy Thanks for the feedback! Mar 12 2007 (morning) I'm walking through the city with my mom. I spotted a clock that showed it was 2 p.m. I knew that it was wrong and did a RC. Yes, I was breathing through my nose but I couldn't believe it. So I did it again, holding my mouth as well. I still didn't fully believe that I was dreaming. I left my mom and tried to fly. It was hard at first but I told myself I was just dreaming. I was now flying above ground, feeling the cold air and watching all the magnificent details around me. I thought of what I wanted to do, and I remembered the task of the month. I don't now much about leprechauns (but hey! They don't even exist&#33. I decided that I would look for one in the nearest forest. So I flew to the nearest one. What I see in front of me are two talking animals. They had the shape of a human but their faces were "animalish". One had the face of a lion. Anyway, I asked them where I could find leprechaun and they told me to follow them. We went through the forest until we reached the edge of a highway. There the forest ended. They had tricked me and lead me to a giant ugly 4 foot baby (I'm telling you, it was really ugly). Now the two animals confronted me, the lion took out a gun and pointed it at me. They wanted to know how I could fly, and I told them that I was from another world, and was immortal. I quickly regret what I said and told them that I couldn't manage a gunshot. (I knew I would wake up if I'd get shot). It was too late, the lion had shot me in my right arm, but I didn't wake up. I took the gun from the lion and shot him a couple of times, he didn't die. At this point, the ugly baby had found a hiding place, and the other animal fled. I decided to impress the "little" baby and took the lion and tied him around a tree. He started to urinate and I kind of used him as a weapon as I started to swing him. I hit the other animal but fled successfully. I healed my arm, simply, just by putting my left hand over the wound and say: "Heal". The ugly baby was impressed by the whole show so it didn't run away when I walked up to him. I wanted a leprechaun, fast. So, I put both my magical hands over the baby and imagined how it turned in to a leprechaun. It shrank and shrank, until it became a little baby-leprechaun. It was the most adorable thing to look at, so cute! I picked it up in my hand. Now, suddenly my dad and sister was behind me, the scene hadn't changed. My sister told my dad to take care of me. I didn't want to hurt my family even though it was a dream, so I lifted from the ground and flew to a highway above. I asked the little baby-leprechaun how it was to be a leprechaun, he didn't answer. I landed on the highway and thought of what I wanted to do next. I decided to do the advanced task. I told the baby that we where going to an island and that he shouldn't be afraid. I now focused really hard on the destination and started spinning. Everything got dark, I hear thunder and then I wake up in a FA. I had to pee so I went to the toilet. I opened my door and in the living room I saw two of my mates from school studying. I new that I was still dreaming, because WTF where they doing at my place in the middle of the night. I decided too wake up because I was already forgetting details from the dream.
