I have noticed that for the past two nights that when I wake up after about five hours of sleep around dawn or so, then get up and get a drinkor to put my cat outside, after returning to sleep a few to several minutes later, I have a short lucid dream. The key word here, though, is SHORT and I wonder how I can't seem to prolong it like in the past? It's like my mind knows I'm in a lucid dream in one instant and I do whatever I can to get what I want in that part of the dream but it fades out in about a few minutes and it's really annoying me.
