It was recommended that I keep a dream journal so I decided to do just that. I'll try to post everything as accurate as possible and I'll try to keep it ogranized and readable. Since I try to do APs also I'm going to keep track of those too, everything all in one. Structure of the journal: - For each dream I will have a title (If it was a similar place I'll put part 1,2,3 etc) - What did I do before I went to sleep and end up dreaming - Non lucid dreams will be written in Blue - Lucid Dreams will be written in Red - Every week I'll write a set of goals I want to accomplish they will be written in Green - Landmarks or dream places that I've been in will be written in Yellow An every week I'll make a post the landmarks I've been to and what I've seen there. - Dream characters and Dream signs will be written in italics That is all for now, I'm reading some more stuff before I go to bed. I'll try to see how many dreams I can recall I'm keeping a notepad beside me with a pen so I can write my dreams down quickly and accurately. My Long Term Goals are: 1. To be a real good Lucid dreamer who can do whatever he chooses in the dream world 2. Create some of my favorite fantasies 3. Explore as much of the Astral dimension as possible 4. Expert at Lucid Dreaming and Astral Projection 5. In the near future learn more about remote viewing Types of Posts: 1. Weekly Goals (Every sunday) 2. Topic: Non Lucid Dream Comments I've been having a hard time realizing what is a dream and what is real. Lately when I fall asleep I'm realzing that my mind is talking to another part of my mind and I'm hearing the conversation once in awhile. (Could be noise from a dream) The other day I totally forgot about a dream because I thought it really happened until I realized I was sleeping at that time. Last night I almost missed writing down what I dreamed but I some how remembered something wierd happend and I was able to write down everything. Process I did some energy raising before going to sleep around 5 in the afternoon. Once in awhile I would discover myself talking to myself and I just happen to hear the conversation. Woke up at around 9 and stayed up until 12. Did some physical relaxation exercise and then another energy raising technique. Backyard Trespassers (Non LD 1) I'm sitting in the room sleeping and my moms is in the other bed. I hear some noise coming from the backyard so I look at the window to see what it was. I see a little puerto rican kid about 14 with a black shirt on hop over my uncle's fence in the backyard. I wake up my mother and then I go back and look again and notice 2 basketball hoops. One in my backyard and one in my uncle's. I yell to the oldest guy to come by the window and tell him and the kids to leave and come back later today because it's to early to be playing right now. I then realize he has no pants or underwear on and then I woke up... Fight in school (Non LD 2, Section 1) I'm in the lunch room talking to some girls and I end up having arguing with some kid. Then the kid starts arguing with my friend Dant. I get into the kids face and he says he will be back and goes to get his friends...I end up on the 4th floor and I'm telling my story to other people. I go into one of the classrooms sit in a seat for a bit. After I walk out because I realize I left my notebook in the lunchroom. All I see is 30 guys waiting outside and I walk right past them. The kid who wanted to fight me had stopped in front of me and was ready to fight. Then a few of his friends notice me and we all give each other pounds and clear everything up. I then decide to leave the school but before I do I notice my friend Drod and I start talking to him for a bit as he waits for his teacher to come open the door. When he comes and opens the door the entrance leads to outside off the edge of the roof, I watch Drod go past there and float in the air and come back inside...(Goes into section 2 dream) Trip to Grandma Block (Non LD 2, section 2) I'm on the bus and this girl calls me a wierdo because I was talking about CI beach. I told her it was great back in 1969 and how I like older women. I told her how I met a 43 year old woman back in 1974...ended up being in a car with this girl and were parked somewhere. All these nasty looking people are walking by they looked all deformed and one lady was looking terrible holding a baby some cup thing and a bottole of hennessy. The girl who is in my car wants some hennessy from the lady and while the lady is trying to pour her some I spill a bucket of pee on her. Then she throws it at me and I get real pissed I get out the car and walk around to the other side of the car. (At this point the background turned into my grandma block and the girl was now my friend Chris and my friend micheal ends up being in the car too) I open the door about to fight him but then I see some gang members that I know and tell them to come beat my friend up. At this point in front of my Grandmother house my uncle and my aunt's husband are arguing. The Gangmembers grab up the kid and there about to beat him up but I feel bad for him and tell them to forget it. I see 3 cops coming towards where the gangmembers were originally standing at and there were 3 cops by the hill. As I walk towards my grandmother house I slipped on my car and got bread droppings on my pants. I go to my grandmother's front gate and see 3 cops sitting down eating. (There wearing light blue hats and white shirts) As i go into my aunt's house I some how have the bird dropping in my mouth and its all dried up like mold and I go to the bathroom trying to take it out but I break up my teeth and I'm bleeding. I go to the living room and tell my mother. Then I go sit down by my uncle and watch MXC, some how one of the game types on the tv is in the room and were trying to do it. After i go into my aunt's room and see her naked cuddling with my pops while my mother is on the side. Meanwhile my cousin is on the computer watching Hentai on youtube. I get pissed off and wake up. My House A. My room - Looked normal had the two twin size beds and everything was in right place as far as I'm concerned only thing is there was no window shade B. Backyard - no garden and was concrete, both my uncle backyard and mines both had a basketball hope and a garage was behind it. My School A. Lunch Room - Seemed smaller than it really was and had the old white and black lunch tables, didn't have the new colorful looking tables B. 4th floor - Was in the side hallway and the 2 classrooms to the left looked like regular classrooms on the 3rd floor. The doors on the right had no rooms it was just an opening where you could fall outside off the roof. Downtown A. Bus - Seemed normal but the area wasn't like the real downtown area. My grandmother block was rather close to downtown area Grandma Block A. The Block Identical to my grandmother's block had the two way street with two story buildings on the left and right. In the middle of the block has a little alley way/hill that leads to everyones backyards. B. Aunt House Identical to real aunt's house. Didn't notice anything different except one point the area had some MXC equipment in the living room. The bathroom sink was also white I'll organize later on.

Comments Once again I almost forgot I had dreamed today it was not until this morning in the shower it hit me that what happened last night was actually a dream Process I did energy raising and feel asleep pretty quickly 2nd Floor Girl Pickup I was in my school on the second floor running from the dean. We see him coming so I run down the stair case and notice a teacher coming so I run back up to the 2nd floor and when I turned the corner I notice a chairs in the hallway and kids were sitting and standing on the walls. I was sitting down and talking to this girl trying to get to know her. I was about to show her something but I started having a cold and I got up to goto the window and clean my nose. Then I went back to the chairs. I sit and talk some more...end up at a college campus and I was suppose to meet the girl but she already walked off with her friends.
