To those of you who read this Journal,

I'm pretty much new to the Lucid dreaming thing (for lack of a better word). I have had a few and didn't really know what to call them, until like many people I stumbled upon this site. I plan on using this site to document my dreams and the techniques that I will try as I venture on my new found journey. I have no doubts that I will fail and honestly can't wait to master my dreams.

I plan on documenting all my dreams here but I will post the Lucid Dreams in red.

And with out further ado it begins!

Ok, today is the first day. I really want to just work on my recall at this point, I figure there is really no reason to rush things. So my plan for tonight and probably the next month or so is to just relax when I get into bed. I am going to count my breaths until I reach 100, at which point I will start to repeat a mantra "I am going to remember my dreams" (nothing fancy just plain and simple). I have a journal next to my bed with a pen. I am going to set my alarm clock for 6 hours after I fall sleep. So I'll be in bed around 12:30; therefore, the alarm is set for 6:30. When the alarm goes off I'm just going to jot down a few things, and when I wake up in the morning I will jot down my dreams, then transfer them here. So we'll see what I dream up!
