15th May 2007 I was in bed, there were others in bed but i did not know who they were. One was a girl and she couldnt get to sleep because her shoulders were itching really really bad. There was also a feeling of a butterfly within this dream. Note - My bed in the dream was on a different wall that it is in reality.

17th May 2007 Dream One My girlfriend was doing dangerous jumping ontop of high buildings, like acrobatics, and i was really worried she would fall and die Dream Two This was short and strange. The police was giving me protective clothing and weapons, lik preparing me for an attack of some sort? Dream Three Also involving my girlfriend, but we was inside of a game No idea what game. I couldnt get to her, and knew i diddnt see her much. I know two of the three dreams last night were about my own fear of loosing my girlfriend. These are the kind of dreams i have the most. Anyway, three dream recalls, getting better!

18th May 2007 Dream One I had a dream about my brother and his girlfriend, they had split up. We was in town with my mom at the time. Dream Two Again, short dream recall. All i could remember about this one was being at work, nothing else i could remember upon waking up Dream Three And for the last recall i had, all i remembered was a little girl in my garden, dressed up like the tv girl from Life On Mars. Again, brief recalls, but again i had three recalls, im hoping my recalls get better and more vivid as i go

19th May 2007 Dream One This is all i could recall, and i recalled it when getting ready for work. All i remember was putting some FACE cream onto my HAIR Not doing so well at this recall thing so far

HI, It take's time. try keeping what you do recall in your mind as much as you can durring the day. And keep telling yourself how important your dream's are to you. and that you will remember them. keep saying it over and over, this worked pretty well for me. And make sure when you write down your dream's, you dont think of it as a chore. think of it as something you really want to do. Because if you really dont want to take the time to write a lot of dream's, that alone can keep you from remembering a lot of them. That's just something I have noticed with my own recall.

Thanks. Maybe im expecting too much, i dont know! I can barely remember dreams, so lucids seem far off When i wake up sometimes, my head is EMPTY, theres nothing. Other times i wake up and theres a dream on the tip of my tongue but i just cant get it, then its gone. Other times i wake up and the dream is still in my head so i write them down as fast as i can ! 19th May Continued.... 2007 Dream Two Funnily enough i recalled part of another dream when i was on way to work. It involved me on a train, i think i had something valuable with me in a bag, i hid in the toilets then ran out at the end I diddnt pay for a ticket either. Dream Three The other thing remember was me crying like a baby at some movie I think i know what triggered this recall. My brother said he seen this sad movie. I seen the dvd case at work then the dream popped into my head Dream Four And i remember having another brief dream about being at work And my old boss who i hated had come back So that was four brief recalls, diddnt all happen upon waking up, neatherless ive recalled four. 19th May 2007 Continued.... Part Two (Minor Breakthrough...) I lay down after work and had a nap..... Dream Five Agin, WORK, why do i keep dreaming about work I was walking up some stairs and my supervisor was looking out the window, she was telling me the car park looked better. It was monday in my dream (dont know how i knew that!) I have tuesdays off and i was in a hurry to get away so she diddnt ask me to come in on my day off. I walked out this door at the top of the stairs and said bye, she said bye see you tomorrow. I thought damn! So i shouted AM I IN TOMORROW THEN? There was no answer, i walked out and i was ontop of some massive building, no idea where i was? Dream ended Dream Six I was on my laptop typing,next thing i realise im in Big Brother! Ive been picked and im walking accross ths floor with my laptop calling someone an idiot? lol. Then im excited to tell my girlfriend im on TV! I was in an area with lots of blue and around a pool ( i think ) the dream kind of faided out into two people ontop of a hill thing, i instantly had a feel of de ja voo! Which was odd, then i thought to myself, ive had this dream before. "Ive had this dream before i thought"? So im dreaming?! After that it was all a blure, i think i had loads of odd feelings and i cant remember anything else.I rememver doing RC's in the dream but i cant remember if they worked or failed? I cant remember anything else after. Then i woke up..... I might have LD for a very brief time, i just dont know. But i think this is positive. I went to sleep EGAR to LD because i diddnt last night. I feel like i walked right up to the LD door and knocked on it! . After chatting with a friend about this dream. I now can remember this "de ja voo" of a dream i had, was actually a past forgotton LD dream i had last year. This is really exciting, its like my mind is trying to get me back into LD by showing me past dreams ive LD in.

see your getting more already. Thanks, it is really strange and exciting that my dream tried to put me back into a past LD dream i had forgotten. Almost as if its trying to remind me so i can LD again. Ive just forgot all these experiences as i only knew what an LD was last week. Im going to try FILD tonight, ill report back tomorrow

22nd May 2007 Dream One Very short recall after not remembering anything. All i can recall tonight was a dream about me arguing with my dad, it was over a bill i have. I swore at him! I must have gone to sleep moody and tired

23rd May 2007 Dream One It was about work (again!!!). Nothing much i can remember at all. I think i was just talking to my supervisor and thats all Had a good night, thought i was close. Then i go and have two bad nights, then two short recalls. Im really up for it tonight, i WILL LD, I WILL LD, I WILL LD.

Hi Cammy, just stopped in to see how you are doing. don't give up! I went for a couple of years with zero recall. It took me quite awhile to get it back. It's all about persistence. Try waking up after two or three hours, then do something for about fifteen minutes or so. If you wake your mind up a little bit it may help. I do that all the time, and it helps for becoming Lucid as well.

26th May 2007 I was having a nap today.... Dream One I was at work, and at work i drive two different machines. I started driving one home! Then realised oh crap i cant drive this home so i started to turn around fast, i even recognised one person on the street as i was riding past. I got back to work and for some reason i was in a canteen, and i was trying to drive it through everyone, getting dirty looks This was my most vidid and longest recall yet. There is more, and other dreams, i remembered them earlier but ive forgot now Ill update it if i remember them again.

May ended with non exsistant dream recall. I was loosing hope, i was on the verge of giving up. A new month begins, a new hope...... 1st June2007 Dream One - Lucidity I was feeling down, so i TOLD myself again i will LD to cheer me up. I fell asleep........ I was dreaming i went to a "meet", i seen people there that just couldnt be there. Then we all started to walk down a corridoor, i thought ahhh if only i could do a RC ill probably go lucid...and wow, i did a RC, i held my nose and tried to breath....i COULD. WOW, it feels so weird doing that as well. I instantly become LUCID, i kept thinking OMG IVE DONE IT, IM AWAKE IN MY DREAM??!! OH MY GOD!!!. I was filled with utter excitment, i thought sod following the group, and i flew towards the wall and morphed outside at the same time!!! I thought OMG, then everything went blury. I thought OH NO YOU DONT, took me ages to get this LD so you aint ending this early. I rubbed my hands and WOW that also feels so strange, but my dream started becoming REALLY vidid. It is SO amazing at how vidid it was. I flew up a few feet and hovered, i was in my front garden, i looked around and thought oh my GOD this is so real, it started becoming really blury again so i rubbed my hands and it become even MORE VIDID, i thought OMFG!!!. I rubbed my hands more and it was so real i could FEEL the sun light on me. I looked at my hands and there were all crinkly like youve been in the bath for hours lol. I was still hovering just above my garden by the big tree ( which isnt there anymore) It was all orange glow like the sun setting. The beams were flicking though the tree brances onto me and i just hovered there thinking THIS IS AMAZING, the tree was all white like in autum, i could even see little bits falling off the tree it was absoloutly amazing site. I just hovered there amazed by it. Then i thought ok lets fly. I flew to the rooftop of the next house easily. Then 1000 things i could try was going through my head. I seen a hen cross the road LOL. Then it morphed into a cat and i thought WTF. I felt my body twitch a little and could feel myself waking up. I flew back to the road and thought ok ok time to make a dream character. I was planning to think of a door, open it and she would be there.........I woke up instantly, no blure i diddnt have a chance to save my LD. I woke up instantly starting at my wall. I RC really fast and was really annoyed that i was now awake haha !! I sat up in bed thinking OMG IVE DONE IT. Ive done it. The impossible. I woke up inside my dream. This was the most exciting thing i've experienced in ages. It is as good as they say, its as real as real. If you are reading this and still haven't LD. Carry on, because BOY IS IT WORTH IT!!!

18th June2007 I've been having a break recently from LD, giving myself a rest after my first LD I am now back to dream recalls and RC through out the day to try get my 2nd LD! Dream One - The journey continues I was in a helicopter with my girlfriend and family. I rememer feeling very scaered. It was really windy and at one point the helicopter almost got blown into a tall building The dream cut to us in the car park below. I got inside my dads car and started driving Im pretty happy that the first night back to my LD training i was able to recall a pretty vivid dream.

19th June2007 Dream One - Splitting up My and both my brothers were in my room. My youngest brother and his GF had just fell out and we thought she had left him. So we all went looking for him. My brother had told me she knew i diddnt like her GF We went looking everywhere and i was using my phone to get a number for him. Then the dream ended Ive had a dream before about him and her splitting up Strange huh Dream Two - Back to school Yes, this is like my worst nightmare. I was walking through the gates and they locked behind me and i remember thinking is this real? Im actually back to school. If only i RC i could have turned my worst nightmare into my best dream by becoming lucid and blowing the school up I remember being in a classroom and feeling very nervous and scared and tryin to curl up into a ball. I have my reasons to be scared of my school but thats nothing im going to write on the journal.

20th June2007 Dream One - Judge This was an odd but fun dream. A load of celeb actors were walking past me in a line and i had to put my thumb up if i liked them It felt great im not sure why!

Past three days nothing worth putting in my journal, but today i have 24th June2007 Dream One - Lucid Flying Lessons I can't remmber how this dream started. But i was spending time with my brother whos left home. Loads of weird things were happening. But we were in the woods. I dont know how it happend, or why, but i become lucid. I started to jump up and fly above the trees. Then i was trying to teach my brother how to fly. I was showing him how i do it. This was very brief and i cant recally anything else then jumping then flying into the sky after that, woooo!!! Dream Two - Lucid Morphing I was in my room with my brother, his daughter was on my computer but she was typing like she was 20yrs old, searching on google, shes not even 2 yet lol I kept telling my brother "look, look at bethany". After this was a blur, but i was in my moms room, someone jumped and landed onto the celing and then turned into this little white teddy thing. I did a RC and i become lucid. It was weird, while i did my R/C it went black for a second, then it was like i opend my eyes to a really more clear picture. I was hovering again and i thought woohooo. Again 100 things rushed through my head and i wanted to try them fast, i flew towards my wall, braced myself and morphed through it. But then i felt the horrid black blur and waking up feeling. Like your loosing the lucidity. I was rubbing my hands over and over but nothing was happening. So i remembered what peopole said on this forum and started to spin around. Nothing was happening. Then the blackness turned into my room. I R/C again but realised i had just woke up in my bed. DAMN! The funny thing about last night was when i woke up for work i couldnt remember nothing, but i KNEW something happend that night. Then i started recalling my lucids. I still have a feeling that something else happend but i cant grasp it. And again my lucid happend when i had naps in the day so wasnt too sleepy when i went to bed.

25th and 26th were again nothing to write in my journal, couldnt remember anything really apart from my dog collapsing. On the 24th i started using BRAIN BULLET to see if it had any effect on my dreaming. 27th June2007 Dream One - Lucid God This recall started as soon as i become lucid, again i cant remember how i become lucid, i think my mind seen my dream sign and kicked in on its own. I was lucid, walking around my street, i kept doing R/C over and over i couldnt believe this was a dream, it was so real I went straight into a girls house, and started stripping her untilll she was naked, i thought i would have woke up but i diddnt. She started performing a sex act on me then her parents stormed down, i morphed through the wall then flew up high into the sky. At this point i was feeling totally locked into the dream, i felt very powerfull and i wanted to test them as best as i could think. The police were coming because i had broke into that girls house. I heard the sirens but i diddnt panic at all, i felt so powerfull they couldnt hurt me. They come on a motorbike then pointed their guns at me. I wanted them gone so i pointed my hand at them and banished them totally, then just flew up and out of the dream like i just kicked them out! I landed back on the ground. Thinking about this forum and what people say they do wen there in a lucid, i remembered someone saying feel things. So i knelt down and picked up some stones and earth. It felt as real as real can be, i put them down cos bits of glass was in my hand and it hurt a little. I R/C again to make sure it was a dream and not real. I then jumped up and flew above my street into my town center (my #1 i set before i had any LD). In town there was building work, i flew up and backflipped onto the top of a club i go to. It was ace. I guess i love flying. When i was walking i kept hovering, so i asked a builder and he said "oh yea it happens to us to" I started to feel bored, HOW CAN I HAVE FELT BORED!!! I wanted to really test my skills because i felt so powerfull. Then i remembered on here someone said walk into a mirror. I was automatically back in my street outside a house, so i flew and morphed through the front window and found a mirror. It was scary but i seen my reflection. It was exactly like me. I stepped right into the mirror and it was all blury and moving, and felt odd. I stepped back outside and it was all sharp and clear again. It felt great. I couldnt think of anything else to do at the time, i think i wanted to wake up. I flew up and up and kept going then i woke up. I had been using brain bullet which i think triggered this experience. I went to sleep at 11 and woke up at 4am after my lucid and couldnt get back to sleep so i stayed awake. I felt really good.

Been a whole long of non dream recall, probably due to stress and not going to bed early enough to give me enough time to get a lucid. 6th July Dream One - My first.....car Drempt i was in a car i really wanted, but it was really strange, the gears just wouldnt work at all, and only the front of the car was there, the rest was just erm, kinda invisable ? Just not there. And it only went about 2mph, wanted to show it off to people but could hardly get it to drive up a hill

8th July Dream One - Cheating Not a very nice dream at all. Was dreaming my girlfriend was cheating on me. I found out through her phone and went to see her mom. She started telling me what was happening and i got so angry i think i woke up
