Red Text is my Dream Signs or when i know something isnt right. November 28th dont recall my dream from last night, i need to get into a habit of recording my dreams when i first wake up either by my phone or writing it here. November 29th i recall more of my dreams last night, kept a recorder by my bed and mumbled into it. ok the first one i could remember when i got up was about two human army's, one red and one yellow the red army had a forum of speed they used to help the war efforts and the soldiers talked about not eating and how although this drug healed them it was not good for them. the yellow army as i saw had mobile bases big machines, we attacked them while they were moving but our vehicles got destroyed and i had to hide under a bridge that they went under, they found me and pointed guns at me, at this point i knew i was dreaming to a degree. instead of them shooting me tons of red zergling/bug like creatures came out and started to kill all the yellows. before that dream i had one where i was at my friends house and i was leaving and i got in my car and was going to drive away and spun out really fastto fast in reality and to much force felt like i was going to fall out of my seat. another dream with me saying hey there to this girl nothing more nothing less just that over and over again. remembered another dream. it was about bee's mainly wasps and i was by a trailer anyways i had this big pan with them on it and i put it on the stove and instead of them burning they melted in a black and yellow ooze, then later in the dream wasps kept coming in the trailer and stinging me a lot, then i was talking to a man and he was saying how bad its going to suck to get their jaws and stingers out of me and if i dont they would be worm like or something. really weird dream.

Good idea...try to make it a routine as you wake to quickly "surf" your memory...usually youll find a "hook" that will bring you some bits of dreams or even whole ones...give it a shot, keep a written journal next to your bed. Just know though that if you have an off day (you will) that your recall will return...we all have troubles but i'm sure you'll make some progress.
