I had this dream today. Pt. 2 is a Lucid segment of the dream, which is after the... well, you'll see. Come with me inside my very dramatic dream...
I was walking in my backyard and went out into my field. I was looking for one of my friends, who I just couldn't find. A boy was next to me; I don't know him, but his name is Alex, a DC. I'm walking, looking for my friend, when I see a figure in the bushes. We walked over toward it, and it looked like a man in a suit, curled up in the bush.
"Who is that guy?" I asked. We walked closer and came to the realization... the man was dead. We both gasped. Suddenly, something came out of the bush. It was a monkey with red eyes. We both gasped again. The monkey jumped past me and clawed Alex's face off. I was too shocked to run (my dream wouldn't let me), but I managed to turn around. The monkey jumped at me and clawed into my back. I fell to the ground and died.
---
I heard a voice saying to me "I can bring you back." It was my own voice. Before I knew it, I woke up on the grass. My Dream Guide (who I've named Alyson) was right next to me. She hugged me tight, saying how she was glad I was alive. The wound on my back was gone, and we stood up. Alex lay dead, faceless on the grass, blood surrounding him. Suddenly, it turned nighttime, and we both ran into the house, in fear that the primate would return.
"Mom!" I said as I got into the house. "Alex is dead! Something killed Alex!" I started crying, and at first my mom didn't believe me. She said I was playing a trick on her. "Mom, he's fucking dead!" She got up out of annoyance and came to the kitchen, which had a clear few of the field. She saw Alex in the distance, dead. She gasped and was about ready to run outside. "No, don't go out! That thing is still out there!"
---
Next day (which came in like a minute), we were driving to Alex's parents' house. There were reports of multiple deaths on the radio of what seemed to be claw marks and severe disfigurements. We parked about a block from the house (I don't know why) and got out. We began walking. It was about five minutes before I saw the worst thing. Around the corner, the primate was running after some lady. She fell to the ground and the monkey began rapidly tearing at her body. Some men came along and began kicking the woman as she was being torn apart.
The men were WITH the monkey.
My family and I began running, but the men and the monkey saw us and began running after us. We were running desperately down the street... and they caught us.
"Hello, people," said one man, the leader. We were kicked before a calm came upon us. "You're in the wrong place at the wrong time."
"What is that thing!?" I shouted out.
"This?" asked the man, looking at the monkey. "It's a Medieval Primate. Back in Medieval times, there were plenty of these primates. They couldn't be killed with swords, bullets, or muskets. They could only be killed by the minds of the gods."
"What do you want with us?" asked my mom in tears.
"We don't want anything from you!" shouted another man. The leader lifted his hand, telling the man to be silent.
"He's right," said the leader. "But since you saw that little charade, we have to kill you all."
"That's it? Mindlessly killing innocent people!?" I asked in tears.
"That's the idea." The primate looked up at the leader. "He's telling me that you're a special one. He's telling me that he's killed you before. He's tasted your blood," said the leader, pointing at me. "He says that there's something inside you."
"He's just a kid!" shouted my sister.
"Nevertheless, you all die." The man grabbed my mom, my sister, my brother, but not me. The monkey stepped forward, ready to rip me apart. "They'll watch you die first."
I suddenly felt a sense of power. It felt as if I could make it all go away. Suddenly, the men began to dissolve.
"What's happening, boss?!" shouted one of the men. The monkey began to dissolve.
"You are... a special one, aren't you?" asked the leader as he dissolved away. The primate was the last to go. My mom, my sister, and my brother all fell to the ground.
"Is it really over?" asked my mother.
"Not yet," I said. "I have one last thing to take care of..."

End of Part 1. That "I can bring you back" part is in italics for a reason. Italics are only for lucid parts.
