Hey guys! Just thought I'd make an online dream journal as well, to 1) help get the dreams outta my head and 2) point out all the things that should have made me lucid. (I figure my subconscious will pay more attention if I do that in my dream journal and here as well.)

P.S. Anyone can post a reply if they want to, it doesn't matter. <img src="http://www.dreamviews.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle"/>

SELECTED SCENES ONLY, mind you.. don't want to write a novel here!!!

1) Lost in Africa

My friends and I were having a picnic in a clearing in a forest, when all of a sudden a private jet flies in. The pilot offers to give us a lift back home, and we agree. Once we're in the air, we experience some sort of technical failure and are forced to make an emergency landing!! The windows were all painted over with black paint, so the pilot had no idea where he was landing. We finally hit the ground and stepped out into... Africa! It was in the middle of some desert, and we almost crashed into a herd of VERY large elephants (who were lead by two baby elephants at the front). We started walking in a random direction to find help, and almost got trampled by a group of running dinosaurs. We didn't think this was strange, however, because it was Africa and apparently dinosaurs still exsisted there.

2) LXG

Anyone seen that movie? I have, and I deeply regret it. Anyway, I was in that movie's location, in Venice, on a tour boat. The tour guide took us all around and pointed out all of the inaccuracies, i.e. the streets being too wide and the water being WAY too deep. Then we floated over to a group of very large monsters that looked like mutated plastic dolls. The tour guide calmly said, "And these are the monsters that will one day destroy us all and take over the world." The monsters started laughing like maniacs.

3) Jack Sparrow's Escape

A few days ago (in real life), my friends and I went to this renaissance fair and met someone dressed as Jack Sparrow from Pirates of the Caribbean. It was a great experience, and I kept thinking about it last night, re-enacting the scenes of that day (us standing there, giggling, trying to talk to him). Then... all of a sudden.. without my conscious permission, he turned around... and TOOK OFF RUNNING!!! I immediately woke up, very confused.

Well, that's it for today.
