Welcome to Dreamscapes. This is my personal dream journal which I will use to keep up with my dreams.. I've been pondering doing this for a while, because I have some of the strangest dreams out of anyone I know, however because of my dream last night and a LD last week I've decided to finally give it a go, so sit back, and enjoy the mind of what would appear to be a very unstable individual. Please read the following points before beginning the journal. 1. All regular dreams will be in black. Lucid dreams will be in blue, and italicized. Re-occurring dreams will be green. 2. I will attempt to update this every day but I can't always do that so please bare with me. 3. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to leave them! Wednesday, July 16'th 2008 Initial Sleep Time - 10:30 PM Approx. Dream Time - 11:45 PM Medications taken before sleep - None LD Methods Used - None This was one of the strangest dreams that I have ever had. Unlike most dreams which are first person and you believe to be real, this dream was viewed like a movie in third person. The first thing that I can remember was a group of people hiding under a truck in the parking lot of a mall. I can't remember all of what they were saying but I knew that it had to do with some kind of creatures. The next scene was inside a massive building. It seemed like a mixture of a mall and hospital, although I'm not sure. Strange creatures were attacking the building (the creatures were about the size of a soccer ball and looked like mashed potatoes). The creatures were climbing all over the outside of the glass windows. People began to freak out and run all over the place, and soon the glass busted and the creatures squirmed in. I don't remember how they moved or killed people, but it was a blood bath. The next thing I remember was now 1'st person. I was inside the building in some kind of waiting room with a bunch of other people. The creatures had yet to invade that part of the building. This is where the dream really gets weird. The next thing I know I'm being approached by one of the aliens in human form. (Yes it had transformed into a human). It told me that it's world is doing an experiment in transforming an earthling into their race, and that I may either choose to basically be their lab rat or die.. He told me that if I choose to accept I would be infected with a virus that would turn me into their kind, I would be forced to leave Earth and never come back, and live on their planet. I accepted. The next thing I know I'm an "Alien". I got a very strange "All-Knowing" feeling like I was very very smart. I looked at the Alien and thought "What did you do to me". Without moving his lips I heard the words "You have been transformed.. Yes.. We don't require words to communicate. Now, follow me we are heading back to home planet". I followed him, and watched as around me people were slayed. All I could really think about at that time was the fact I was being forced to leave my fiance behind to go to some crazy planet. Once we got outside I asked the fellow Alien if we were taking a ship. He laughed at me and slowly began to levitate. "We have no use for .. Ships.. He chuckled into my head" I also began to concentrate and soon found myself levitating. It was the most liberating and freeing experience I have ever felt. We levitated around for a bit, and this is where the dream blacked out for a bit. The next thing I remember I'm standing in the street of a residential neighborhood. The other alien was next to me and I asked him why we were still on Earth. He told me that this wasn't Earth, and to look around. As I did I noticed small differences like the fact that EVERY house was exactly the same, and there was a total lack of trees. He explained to me that in their world uniformity is crucial. He also told me that trees aren't necessary because their race isn't required to breath to survive. Thats all I remember of that dream. Dream #2 - Suicide at camp This dream begins with me sitting in some kind of cabin. My mom is in front of me and she's yelling about me downloading "illegal pornography", which let me add off the record I've never done in real life. I was arguing with her and the next thing I know I'm pulling out a knife and stabbing myself in the stomach. I run to the bathroom because I remember I was so angry and scared of going to jail all I wanted to do was die. I searched the bathroom up and down for anything to do the job but all I could find was a bottle of shampoo so I drank it. Then I woke up.
