Note: Guess who? XD I bet you don't care. Oh well. Well, I've been dreaming again. I can recall it pretty well, now. I've forgotten about this thing... and then I just remembered. I only remember this thing in the morning when I'm tired XD
Also, I've decided only to post here when I have a lucid dream. Maybe it'll help me believe that I can do it more often if I somehow trick myself to think that those are the only kinds of dreams I have or something.
Was this dream lucid? YES!
Did you try reality checks? A freakin' tone of 'em XD
Could you control yourself? Yes!
People in your dream: Me, my brother, sister, mom, and neighbor.
How did it feel in your dream? Realistic. More vivid than real life!
Dream:
I was extremely tired and woke up. I looked at the clock twice. I noticed that it was different and realized it was a lucid dream! I concentrated on my first task: Getting out of bed. I found it extremely difficult to move, but I managed to do it without waking up. Once I was, I did another reality check with my clock to make sure. 4:34? It was light out! When I looked again, it said it was 9:64. Truly impossible: Definitely dreaming. I was so happy! I jumped up, hovering in the air before I was set down gently. I walked into my brother's room down the hall. He was sleeping and groggily opened his eyes to see me. I tried to talk, but I couldn't, so I just motioned for him to watch. I flew up again and mouthed 'I'm dreaming!' Kyle just whispered a response: "I know, I am too." He then mouthed something I couldn't understand, so I left. I walked into my back yard, glancing at my hands several times. When I looked to the bright, sunny sky, I could notice how CLEAR it was! As if I were wearing my contacts and that everything had been photoshopped!
I walk to my gate, wondering what I should change into (I was wearing a nightshirt - the one I went to bed with). Then when I couldn't think of what to transform into, I realized "It's a dream! It's not like my neighbors will remember anyway." So then I walk in front of my open garage and look through. My mom is at the screen door, trying to pull my iPod through a crack. I run up to her. "Mom! Is this a dream?" I decided to challenge her. She seemed very unsure of herself, responding in a stutter, "I dunno... it = it's your bird project -" All of a sudden, we're inside and she's handing me a research paper I had recently finished. "- it's your iPod!"
"Err, okay." I turn away, glancing at my hands and noting that in fact, eight and seven were not normal. It was so realistic, I was unsure of myself. I walked into the kitchen, doing a few more reality checks. I decided that I wanted to go outside to visit a few more dream characters, and so I go up to the front door, feeling nervous. In my dream, I remembered how my brother said how he could walk through doors in his dreams (in fact, he didn't. I wanted to try this out anyway, so I'm not complaining). So, I walk up to the door - WHAM! Oops... I didn't believe I could do it. Deciding that it hurt too much to not believe in myself, I just opened it and walked onto my porch. Instead of the usual one pillar, there were about four bunched up on the corner. I laughed, carefully walking through one. I could feel every layer of cement go through each organ in my body... it was so cold!
Across the street, I see my neighbor shouting. He walks across the street, slightly disgruntled and panting.
"Ryan, are you okay?" I ask. At this point, I had forgotten my goals and thought he was real... even though I was still in my jammies.
"I dunno... Rocktikili Polacti," he responds. What the hell does that mean? I finally remember it's a dream again when my sister opens the door. While Ryan is taking a seat in front of me, observing my reaction, my mom and sister come out, seemingly hyper.
I ask my sister what it meant and she said, "It's two words in Spanish combined to one!" she announces happily, spinning in her spot with her arms straight up. She starts laughing, and my mom gives her a strange look. If I had enough time, I'm sure I would've laughed... but instead, I'm on my bed again, looking at my hand with blurry vision.
I had one fingernail painted pink, which isn't what I have in real life. I sigh, feeling exhausted. I decided that it was time to wake up to write my dream down before it got too long to remember.
Surely enough, I wrote it down.
Unfortunately, I was an idiot and forgot to add a date with it.
*sigh*
