Yay i decided to create a dream journal and hopefully improve on my dream recall (I average around 1 to 2 dreams per night) Heres my dream journal code: Green for normal dreams Blue for lucid dreams Purple for comments Red for when I'm not dreaming I've had a few lucid dreams in my lifetime. Usually the first thing i do is tell someone that I/they are dreaming, get really excited, and it ends there. I havn't had a lucid dream for ages Feel free to comment. I'm still quite new at this and would love to hear some feedback

These dreams I had last night, but I might as well post them here and start my dream journal. Sleep quality: Very good Dream quality: Poor I was upstairs in my living room. My friend was there and told me how cool my Playstation 3 was. I never knew I had one and started to admire it, except it was really big, like knee-high. I said to him that I didn't have any playstation 3 games to play, and he told me to use the playstation 2 games. I went to were my playstation 2 was, and there were a few games stacked on top of the ps2. Dream quality: Good This dream includes a lot of my personal life. I'll try my best to explain. Me and my sister managed to trick the ice-cream store owner away from his shop, and filled our drink cups with toppings from the toppings machine.Sort of like that slushie machine you see in 'The Simpsons'.My sister chose strawberry, her favourite, and I chose chocolate. At first I was a little unsure about drinking this, but soon I gulped it all down and felt a bit sick afterwards. Back at the restaurant, one of the chefs said she wanted green ice-cream.(I work part-time waitering in a restaurant.)So I tried to make some by mixing green and blue ice-cream together, but it didn't work. My sister said she wasn't going to drive me home, but she called me outside to the carpark anyway. I saw dad and my cousin outside.My cousin is much older than me. About 25-27 years old.He explained to me how cool his gear was. The road had turned into grass, which was dotted with yellow patches. I was lying down in the grass and it felt really soft. I didn't want to get up for a while but when I tried to, I couldn't.When I did get up I was sitting upright in my bed.
