HI jennigirlno7! Welcome </span>
<span style="color:green">
I am not sure if you are aware of sleep paralysis?
You had mentioned Paralized, so I assume you have an idea.
When a person is asleep, going to sleep or waking from sleep this can accur. It certainly is nothing to be afraid of.
When you are asleep your brain shuts of your motor skills, all but your eyes. This prevents you from flipping & flopping and physically acting out your dreams. At times, one of those three I mention, your brain may not have gotten the signal across to your physical body functions as quickly as your brain becomes aware that it should have, thus causing sleep paralysis.
Because, like you said, you are inbetween, this is a great time to incubate a lucid dream for you are that much closer than if you had been completely awake.
Anyway if you have any questions contact the staff!
