Really Weird Dream

I was at my high school sitting in a fancy lounge chair in some sort of lobby of the third floor. The room was well decorated and had curtains for the windows and some nice red rugs and plants. I looked to the staircase to my left which connected all three of the floors to the school and I saw a girl fall of the railing of the stairs. She fell all the way to the first floor and was badly hurt, but didn't die. -Small, insignificant events that happened for about a day- I was sitting in that chair again when the girl that fell from the stairs came up to me and said that she was all better now, except for she had to always walk on the railing of the stairs whenever she wanted to go up or down them. (I don't know why she has to do this, but it seemed like it was some type of limitation that she had until her leg was fully healed. Kind of like how someone with a broken ankle might have to use a cane to go up the stairs,) She then showed me how she would walk up the railing when she began to slip again and I caught her. That's basically all that I remembered. Does anyone know what this dream means?
