this one was from a while back.... i call this dream The Tree (i know, not very gripping) I was in a field of wheat, up to my head, but i could still see all around me. in the middle of this large wheat field i saw a giant apple tree. the sky was a pale blue and the sun was a black dot in the sky. i looked up at the tree wondering where it came from, and how it got so big, when the wheat dissapeared into blackness. the sky shortly followed. after they dissapeared, all that was left was me and the tree. i started to grow weak and fell to my knees. i looked at my hands, and my wrists we're bleeding as if they had been cut for suicidal purposes. i was confused because i hadn't cut them, but they were bleeding. i looked to the tree for the answer. the leaves began to change color right before my eyes. the apples fell and dissapeared. the leaves soon followed the apples and in no time, the tree was bare as if it were winter. i stared at the tree in awe and frustration because i didnt understand it's answer. i kept staring, and a bolt of lightning hit the tree, without a sound, and started a fire. the fire grew and grew untill it had completely consumed the tree. after a few minutes of watching the inferno, i woke up, scared and sweating. feel free to coment.

Here's another dream i had a while ago. i like to think of it as the Wraiths I was standing on a street corner, on the side walk, that i recognised as the street corner a block from my friends house. Where humans should've been, there were Wraiths(grim reapers if you will). floating casually along a sidewalk, mowing their lawn, walking their dog and reaching to pet it and accidentaly killing it, that sort of thing. i just remember thinking that it was an odd day to be mowing a lawn... which is sort of strange because when isnt it a good day to mow a lawn? every human was replaced by a Wraith in this dream. feel free to comment.

I was lucid in this dream. i was shopping with my dad and my brother for clothes. i decided to try and fly, and i did. i stepped in the air, started to float, and i flapped my arms and flew. i flew all over the room. i landed and looked for running shoes. i accidentaly bumped into a small korean woman. she screamed at me and i started to fly in suprise. she laughed at me because i could fly, and hung some coat hangers on my arms. i became lucid after that because i knew that no one would hang coat hangers on a complete stranger (but the flying had no effect on my lucidness at all). i decided to try and explore the outside world and forgot to pay for my shoes. i lost lucidness and payed for my shoes then walked out of the store casually. i woke up at that moment. feel free to comment

this one was so much like my daily life i couldnt have known it was a dream untill i woke up! I was bored at night and started to watch a movie on my computer (which isnt that uncomon). it was a movie about a samuria that wanted to avenge his father. my brother interupted my movie to use the computer for e-mail purposes. i became angry and we began to fight for the computer. we aparently woke my mom up and she came racing down the stairs into the computer room screaming violently that we should be in bed sleeping. i became frightened of being lectured and i woke up. feel free to comment.

Yeah, the screaming thing sure does sound like it could be an LD indicator. Even though there are screams all the time in waking life, I guess the type of screaming could be the key. Like for me, the tornadoes in my dreams are always really warped, or too numerous to be real. <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE</div><!--quotec-->walking their dog and reaching to pet it and accidentaly killing it, that sort of thing. last night's dream was about my girlfriend... but i only remember a few minutes. me and my girlfriend were standing in a white room gazing into each others eyes. (this was a wonderful dream because i havent seen my girlfriend for a while on account she's away at college). i told her i loved her, she told me she loved me, and we kissed. i actually felt her lips on mine. i was lucid, but at the time i didnt care. nothing progressed from the kissing. and it was a wonderful dream. feel free to comment how many of you can actually feel things in your dreams? i feel something in everyone of my dreams (never pain, which is always good).

this one was durring the school year when i didnt know about lucid dreams. I was in school and i was walking down a hallway of lockers. everything had a sickly green tinge to it. everyone in my school was lined along the lockers acting totaly out of character. Passive people we're screaming at people who were usually pretty aggressive, people who are usually happy looked depressed or enraged about something. all the voices and conversations sounded really low and distorted. and when people screamed it echoed in my head. at the end of the hallway there was a door. it was closed and seamed to be leading outside (but the window in it was boarded up and dark). i approached it and started to open it. a bright flash of light came from behind the door, and everything became so bright it dissapeared. my eyes took a while to adjust, but when they did, i found that i was in a Giant casino. everything was red with golden trim and everyone in it had a smile or was laughing. there were large golden statues of griffins, eagles, and that peanut guy with the top hat and cain. as i realised where i was, i became highly lucid, and i decided to fly around the room a bit before doing something else. i was extremely excited that i was awake in a dream. so excited, in fact, that i began to wake up... and that's exactly what i did, i woke up as i was taking flight. (this was the first lucid experience i can remember). feel free to comment!

i had this one last night, but i dont remember the whole thing. I was at home, and i guess i did something bad. What i did, i dont know, but i DO know that it was something Rock and Roll lifestyle related. (partying, drugs, came home severly intoxicated... something of the sort). I came stomping into the living room of my house with my mom and dad quickly following. they were screaming at me for setting some sort of example i think. i plopped myself down on the coutch, yelled, and threw one of my necklasess across the room. my parents stopped yelling, turned around, and went back to where they came from. i then turned on the t.v. (being verry pissed mind you) and started to watch. i looked at the t.v. and as the picture came in, i woke up. not an unusual dream. but i woke up really pissed untill i figured out that it was all fake, then i laughed about it. feel free to comment

it was really random, and strange because it's never happened before. It's good tho because my dream recall completely left me with my girlfriend (who also left me). AND IT'S BACK (the recall, not the girlfriend)!!!!! so now i'm ready to do some serious LDing folks! (this was not an LD) I was in a small concert hall, at a rock show. People were packed in around me, and everyone was Smoking Weed. I asked this guy next to me what was going on, and he just starred at me and said "holy shit man!!! look at you!!!". I eventually felt the effect of second hand pot smoke and i was having my own little party as well. I saw warped faced and warped colors. When i listened to the band that was playing (which happened to be Godsmack), the music was really distorted . i remember thinking "damn, if i go home like this i'm screwed! " the last thing i remember is a false awakening with my eye's feeling really dry and wanting a glass of water. I then woke up for real and wanted a glass of water. Comment if you'd like, not realy much here to comment about.

i had a dream with a whole lot of controll but no lucidity! This dream has continued in the past two nights: I am sitting on a thrown next to my queen (who happened to be Ophelia, dont ask me) but i was the Emperor of New York. I flew around and surveyed my army and i remember begining to scream "alright, move out!" but i woke up. last night's dream: I was flying along with my troops and i saw a sign that said "Welcome to Pennsylvania" the next thing i know, we're battling the Pennsylvanian army and i guess we win because the next thing i know i come back to my palace and i meet up with Ophelia and we have a huge feast with some people in my town. then i woke up. this dream was what i call a scene to scene dream. it's not one constant dream, i remember little clips of things that go in sequence, like a movie. feel free to comment!

Hey, this is exciting because it's the first time this month i've LDed. I was in my school, but it was differently mapped out and it was night time. There were a lot of people there and it seemed as if it were some sort of "lock in" party. I was having fun with a couple of my friends and i was asked by a girl from my school if i wanted to have sex... right there!!! I said i'd have to take a rain check because i thought that i was in the waking world at the time. After i said no, some guy's from school started hitting on me, and trying to touch me . I flipped out and beat the crap out of the three of them and then thought to myself, "wait.... those guy's arent gay........ i have to be dreaming!" I then performed my very first successful reality check (held my nose and breathed through it). I was back in my dream world, and i knew it! I was so excited that i almost lost the dream. I began to black out but i then tried dream spinning, and it worked!!! I then tried to fly around the room, but i said, "eh, i'll just try that again later," and found my female friend to take that rain check that i told her i'd have to take. She agreed, and I had a good time to say the least. As soon as we were done and i thanked her, the dream was over. Feel Free to comment!!!! P.S. another LD last night Dont remember how i became lucid, but cool anyway I was outside with a bunch of my classmates and i was wandering the crowd. Everyone was acting kinda strange and extremely nice to me. Two girls in school walked up to me (at different times) and wanted me to kiss them, i did, and then they wanted more, i woke up as i was kissing the 2nd one for the second time. Before they came up to me, i was wondering why i was outside, and then i just knew i was dreaming (otherwise i wouldn't have kissed them both..... unless they agreed to share me) feel free to comment! my girlfriend dumped me a month ago today, and i had insomnia since then. I've had the occasional 6 hours of sleep a night here and there, so i've had a couple dreams that i've recalled, but this is by far one of the weirdest dreams/dream state/awakening i've had in a while I was on a really long winding dirt road that was suspended in space. There was nothing but stars and black around me. I didnt move at all, i just stood there for a while and just looked around hopelessly searching for a way off of the road . i started walking down the road and stopped to look over the side when a little creature appeared farther down at a fork in the road. I then turned my attention to the the creature (which looked like those weird glow monkey things from the Anime "Princess Monanoke" with a long black cloak) . He began speaking to me in a sort of shrill but smooth voice (even though he didnt have a mouth). He (i'm assuming it was a he) said to me, "Jake... follow me and dont look down..." we turned right at the fork and started walking side by side . He told me i was dreaming (i became lucid ) and said to let him finish guiding me before i did anything else . We walked for what seemed an hour, passing through strange open doorways to different worlds. We passed through a space relm, a jungle relm, a city relm (that was on pause it seemed), and finally just a white room relm. The dirt road was the same throughout the dream. He said to me "You're hurting us Jake. Not intentionally, but your depriving yourself of the thing that keeps both me and you as sane as we are. This is why i'm here, to save you and me from further mental and emotional deterioration. I am going to help you get over this relationship." He talked to me about the good times i had with my gf and past relationships. As he talked to me about it a TV like screen popped up and followed us and i saw every instance he spoke about on the screen! It was absolutely amazing!!! This was about 4 or 5 days ago. Since then, i've been getting my usual 6 hours of sleep (i think my body has adjusted to 6 hours) and i've been feeling a lot better. Could this have been my dream guide?!?! or something else??? is it possible for dream guides to have personalities of their own??? should i be scared??? comment if ya want!

i was in my friends car but and in the passangers seat. The steering wheel was on the correct side, but the pedals were on my side. My friends was having a hard time steering under these conditions, so i leaned over and took the wheel. I ran over some shit by accident, and my friend got pissed because i was gonna scratch his new paint job. strange one comment if you want! Vox

Nope, it wasnt lucid untill the end of the dream. When my friend was worried about me scratching his paint *i think i ran over a cat* i became lucid, but i started to drive into a telephone pole and i woke up. Vox

I was in a desert wearing a white shirt and jeans. The sand was reddish gold and the sky was moving through night and day extremely quickly. I was writting my name in the sand with a stick I had found. Past love interests of mine were walking by. They would either write their name next to mine (then the wind would blow both her name and mine away), or they would just wipe my name out of the sand completely. This occured a number of times. A final girl started walking by and i didnt even look because i was so frustrated and depressed. She crouched down and wrote her name next to mine. I couldnt read it very well. I looked at her, sort of suprized because i didnt recognise the name (i remember it being really blurry). I have never seen the girl in my life, but she seemed sort of familiar. She looked back down as if she was telling me to write my name in the sand one more time. I thought about it, and i said, "what the hell, why not?" I wrote my name once more, and a square of black marble rose out of the sand with a big gold star in the middle and my name was engraved on the star. I looked back at the girl in excitement because my name and her name didnt blow away. She looked back at me and said in three different voices at once, "all's well that ends well." She gave me a big smile and opened her arms. i went to hug her and i woke up. I was in my school Gymnasium with a bunch of random DCs and some of my friends. We were playing a strange variation of Basket ball. tons of people lined up on the side of the court and i had to pass it down the line and get it to one of them and they would be going to the basket with me for the shot. The basket ball was about 5 times it's normal size and it was extremely light. I tried to pass it one time and no one was paying attention and it went all the way down the court and it went out of bounds. I got upset with that and i threw the ball to the other side of the court and hit someone from my school in the head. Vox

THREE FREAKIN DREAMS LAST NIGHT!!!!!! I REMEMBERED THREE!!!! all sort of dealt with similar things, and i won in all of them! #1 I was in the woods, and a cowboy came beside me and pointed to a target in the distance. He said "i bet i could hit that target more times in ten seconds then you could!" i said "You're on, dude!" We both yanked out our six shooters (dont know where they came from) and he went first. He hit the target 10 times around the middle but not directly on the bulls-eye. I hit it 20 times and everytime it was on the bulls-eye. He looked at me, smiled, and patted me on the back. I then woke up. i woke up and looked at the clock and it said 7:03am. I decided to catch another 3 hours of sleep. #2 I found myself in a strange psychadelic colored medow with my guitar in hand and a pack of strings and pics. I began to look around me while gentally struming the strings of the guitar. I turned around and was startled by the sight of a tall black man with an afro and strange clothes. It was fucking Jimi Hendrix!!! He looked at me and said, "well, what're ya waitin' for? show me what ya got Voodoo chile!" I looked at the guitar and the pick in my hand and i just let it flow. As i played for Jimi, the sound of the electric guitar was amplified in the air. No amp. Just the sound resonating in the air around me. Jimi joined in and we played for a little bit. After we were done, he looked at me, smiled, patted me on the back and said, "there ya go, that's how it's done!" He winked at me and turned away to leave and i woke up. I remember looking at the clock, but i didnt remember what it said. Maybe somewhere around 8 am'ish. #3 I was in an old japanese village in a samuria outfit. I looked at my side and i had a sword hanging from my belt. I looked around me and i saw a dirt road leading to a temple. I started walking towards the temple and i was stopped by another samuria. He said, "I am Musashi Miamoto! I am chalanging you now to a duel. Blade or wood?" I replied, "Blade!" He noded and drew his sword. I drew mine. He attacked and i defended myself and replied to his attack. I had blocked his sword from my face and only cut his outer shirt. He set up for another attack and i braced myself. Our swords clashed and there was a bright glare from the sun shining on the swords. All i remember after that was him laying on the ground and smiling. I'm absoluted exstatic with the detail i have remembered these dreams with!!! I just cant believe how awesome it is!!!
